8, Oct. 2024 Tuesday Today, this afternoon at 12:00 noon time, I ordered through your Website for home delivery. When my order arrived & I started to eat my Shrimp Cocktail & I was disappointed to see that you held back from important ingredients of avocado & cucumbers. There was very few. This is not called a Shrimp cocktail when you held back on ingredients that make this dish a Shrimp cocktail. I hope you'll opt up to satisfying your customers next time!!

Ponchos Mexican and Seafood has received mixed reviews. Many customers have been coming for 5 to 8 years and love the food, especially the Surf and Turf burrito and Surf and Turf burro, which hit that spot that only CA Mexican food can. The recent remodel is nice, and the staff are very kind. However, under new management, the food has changed. The carne asada, which was always amazing, is now shredded or minced, and the flavoring isn’t that great anymore. The San Diego Burrito felt like it weighed 5lbs with quality ingredients, and the salsa selection was tasty and fresh. Service is sometimes unprofessional; one cashier answered a cell phone during an order. The wait can be long, even for a side of beans, and a 32oz of refried beans costs $15. One Shrimp Cocktail delivery was disappointing due to held back ingredients like avocado and cucumbers.
