Only reason I'm holding back a star is that it took some time to get a menu. They aren't handed out when seated. That, however, was my only lament. The ambience was nice, upscale. Piano player in the corner was a nice touch. We had a booth, so romantic. We actually could hear ourselves talk. Our server, Paloma, very sweet and knowledgeable. The food was delicious! My favorite was the fried lobster tails. The crab was decent. The snow crab was great but the Alaskan seemed really watery. The desserts weren't that great but who goes to a seafood Buffett for that lol
We planned on going to Jamul for a change of pace, but the Steakhouse was the primary reason we picked it over Sycuan. We were running a bit late, but we were still seated and received outstanding service. We started with a few drinks and an appetizer.
