“Placed an order for pickup, showed up at the pickup time and there were like 20 people standing around upset. The girl at the counter didn't say hi, wouldn't even acknowledge my existence. After 10 minutes of standing around I left. Eventually, my girlfriend went in and got our order (like 40 minutes after the pickup time). Food was great as always, service was garbage. I won't be returning to this location”

“We went to Hacienda Grill over the weekend for a birthday. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was awesome! Our server was very attentive and kind. I highly recommend this place. We will be coming back soon. 😊”

“Short Version- I would Highley recommend to come to Prime Cut, High Quality food and Amazing Atmosphere.

Longer version- I took my dad out for father's day dinner, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and price of the food. There was an amazing atmosphere.We got to sit outside by ourself, while being blessed , and uplifted by the piano while we enjoyed our meal. I got the tasting menu , which is plenty for 2 people but we went all out. We had ordered clam chowder, broccol cheddar soup, the tasting menu, and the seafood pasta, we also got the drinks to a company the respected food. I would highly highly highly recommend this place.”

“Although service is slow and you need plenty of patience. They only have one bartender at a time She's awfully busy and never stops. The She's great at what she does. never misses a beat. I like that she cleans my glass before she serves my wine.”

“I came here with my family, and was meet with the most perfect service and food. The food was so good, and the portions were huge for just a good price! I highly recommend coming here. I am definitely coming back here again. One thing is that we were seated right by the DJ and i couldnt hear my family talk. It was extremely loud.”

“You need to remind the waiters or waitressess because they get lost in conversations with other employees about their life story. Took 15min to get change from our waitress and she was locked in with the bartender talking at the bar and when my partner looked at them they got into gear and started taking care of us. Why do we need to remind the employees that they have customers that are waiting on them to finish their duty? I feel for the most part it is poor management because the male manager or supervisor on duty was flirting with two other female employees. Worst experience in my dining history that I can recall.”

“Staff super friendly. Food came out freshly prepared and hot. The Pastrami Breakfast Sandwich was amazing. They grill the cheese into the slices on the outside. I'd take a photo but I ate it all.”

“Love coming here! The staff for the most part is always friendly (ok 9 times out of 10, the staff is usually friendly). They make your sub how you tell them to make it. Oh and let me get started on the manager, I dont know his name but he is awesome! He knows how to treat his regular customers! It makes you feel good when you spend your hard earned cash in a place where they really appreciate your business!! If I could give this place 10 stars, I would!!! :)”

“Food is always on point and the people very friendly. But I wonder how important cleanliness is, it feels that everytime I go, the tables and floor are a mess. I get that a lot are disgusting and don't know how to clean after themselves, but as a restaurant, they should consider cleaning the dinning area. Hope this doesn't come off in a wrong way, but that's an important part in my opinion.”

“I got dubai chocolate strawberries from this location and I’m pretty sure the guy who made them is named Mounaf they were so good he has the best customer service ever and he’s so sweet and helpful the cups were amazing.”
