Service counter guy was kind of a douche. So that's where I'd want to do 2.5 but he brings them to a 2. The other review is correct. 3 proteins. We chose ribs and brisket. If that's wagyu beef then their prep is woeful. It was both tough and chewy. In the days where you're given plastic cutlery; best of luck to you cutting that meat. Also questionable prep and presentation on the ribs. They didn't remove the back silverskin on the ribs. And if you're wanting for fall off the bone......read full review
This place is combined with the already established Pizzeria & new to the Jamul Casino Food Court. I happened upon this place on a Friday. Definitely will be going back! They have 3 protein options: Brisket, Ribs or Chicken. You can get them separately or in a combo which includes 2 - 4 oz sides, 1 choice of bread & small drink. They also have a large family combo with everything for about $60. I got the Waygu Brisket Combo & St. Louis Rib Combo. I opted for corn bread for both....read full review

Ordered the chicken Caesar salad. Worst salad I'd ever had. You couldn't even bite into the chicken. Seemed like it was frozen. Spoke to a gentleman who seemed to be in charge. Didn't really seem to care. Won't eat there again!
