What a delicious dinner! The Crispy Pata and fried chicken were super crunchy and tasty! The Pansit Canton reminded me of my father's Ilocano style Pansit back in Hawai'i. The Pansit palabok with the this glassy noodles were yummy! I've never had Sisig with fish, only pork, but I loved the Sisig Bangus! And, the garlic rice was the perfect starch for our meal. The signature chicken is juicy, flavorful, and perfectly crunchy all the way to the bone. Dishes like the rich, savory Laing and the iconic ‘sarap-to-the-bones’ fried chicken instantly take diners back to the Philippines. The kare-kare is rich and savory with that perfect peanut sauce, and the lechon kawali is crispy and properly seasoned. The sinigang na bangus is also liked. The garlic rice is the perfect side. However, there is NO Bagoong for Kare-kare. The price is a bit expensive, but it is understandable since it is in California. The wait time could be short or long, depending on how busy they are. If ordering online, make sure to call after ordering because they are using two systems, and sometimes it glitches.
