Easily the best Mexican food in Lakeside. maybe even all of east county. They have all the staples which are phenomenal and some specialty items that are to die for. The hot red sauce is awesome, definitely home made as some days it's like lava and others it's less spicy, but always flavorful. I'd buy it by the gallon if I could. highly recommend this spot over all others.
