“Burritos are on the rather large side, wouldn’t say massive, but damn close. Yes, they are on the pricer side, but you can taste they are using quality ingredients and not just frozen crap, and you’re getting a big ass helping of it.

“Very clean inside , all workers inside are very kind. There’s a very kind gentleman that i would say is mid teens named Maddux, he is super kind and helpful. The food is amazing and made with consistency every time . Would give this mexican place a 10 star if i could. Definitely my go to mexican food spot, anyone in the area looking for good mexican food should definitely try this spot out ( it’s life changing).“

“Food was great and I wanted to leave a positive review to counteract the 1 star review I read while I ate that was left by some guy who thought he was leaving a review for On The Border. His receipt shows items not even on the Sombreros menu, and apparently doesn’t realize that carne asada is made with steak, the discrepancy he was leaving a review about in the first place. I reported it and selected “gibberish” but that’s the best I can do, along with leaving a positive review. Must be frustrating to see such a thing as a hard working business owner and not be able to get it taken down“

“I have tried a couple taco shops in lakeside and have been disappointed. I tried this place for the first time today after a google search and it did not disappoint. I ordered a carne asada torta and a california burrito and they were delicious! The portions are very good and the place is very clean. I will definitely be coming back!“

“Love this place. I went in to pick up food for my ladies at cat&doggieworks and the wonderful lady at the counter gave me every courtesy and was very patient. Their food is great and so are they. I always order a horchata there because I don’t think I’ve had one better anywhere else.“
