“absolute gem of a taco shop! The ingredients are incredibly fresh, and you can really taste the quality in their made-to-order dishes. The carne asada is always perfectly seasoned, and the salsas from the salsa bar have the perfect kick. Generous portions, fast service, and a great spot to grab a bite. Highly recommend!“

“I had a fantastic experience at Lienzo Charro Mexican Restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, full of authentic flavor, and clearly made with care. The portions were generous, and everything came out fresh and hot. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, it was a great dining experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back again soon!“

“How did I not know about this place sooner! Seriously, I think people keep it secret. Well, I’m not! The tacos are small, they are street tacos but don’t be fooled…they a filled to the brim. The fish tacos are delicious, I’m a huge fan of the carnitas tacos that are bursting with flavor. We enjoy ordering chips and beans to start and don’t forget to try the roasted Jalapeños. So much food and for great prices! Go, just go! There is seating inside and out. Nothing fancy but the service is top notch and the food is great.“

“My husband stumbled upon this place on the way to his dentist. and he liked the sign. It is now our weekend spot for (literally) tacos & tequila (and a beer for my hubs.) The food is incredible, the drinks stout, and the service is top notch. We always feel so welcome every time we're there! Tacos and Tequila is amazing! (Shout out to Jose, Michael, Laura, Christian, and Marissa!)“

“This is my treat when I’m visiting poway I always come here-family run, so clean and nice. Food is amazing and price is on point. 3 massive tacos for under $10. So so good and freshly grated cheese. I’ve been coming for years and it’s probably good I don’t live that close or I would be here weekly!“

“After a walk or after a series design, I get hungry and sometimes have a hankering for Mexican food. This little gem in the strip mall is a consistent great stop. The owner is always smiling.. I do not think I have ever seen him not smile. They have two cooks that are always there. Food is always consistent. Great spot for Carne Asada burrito, or tacos...of course they have much more. Come down and have some chow. Oh yes, the salsa bar is amazing...“

“Outdoor seating, awesome today because of the perfect weather. Ordered the 3 mini tacos de carne asada. Taste good, price was under 10 dlls, but the corn tortillas were a little stale. Green salsa was nothing to rave about. Service was excellent. Tacos were a 7 out of 10“

“I love this place because you can always count on them being open during the holidays. I work in the service industry and work every holiday; and while most taco shops are closed within all the surrounding areas, our boy Oscar awlays comes through. I went last night and you bet your sweet tuchus I'm going again tonight. LOVE YOU OSCAR“

“Quick enough, pretty clean inside. Pretty typical order from the kiosk type place like all fast food these days. It was a good pitstop. Clean bathroom. No real issues. Average food and some things inside like benches and the drink machine were neglected and could use better upkeep and repair.“
