“Ive had birria at ed Fernandez and this place is just as good if not better than it. Tried the quesobirria and birria taco which were delicious. The birria nachos were the thing that blew me away though. The chips tasted fresh delicious and homemade. It was sooo unexpectedly delicious. I would drive up 20 mins to get the birria nachos or anytime i need a birria fix. Its a food truck but there are some tables set up outside.“
“My papa loca, relleña con adobado plus avocado was delish. You choose your protein. It was hot when I received it. Had a good fight with the melted cheese. I won. It looked so good, I forgot to take the picture before diving into it. Lol.Vegetarian options: As long as no meat is added, it's vegetarian.“
“Typical looking Mexican Food dine-in/take-out restaurant, but their food is far from typical. I've lived in SoCal the majority of my life and this place, hands down, has THE best burritos in all of SoCal. Their Pac Man fries are bomb as well as their quesadillas.Normally I get a Pollo asada or a CA burrito. The flavors and size are . I've shared the bacon wrapped burrito and that was amazing as well. Also, their carne asada is edible and good. So many places have chewy meat that I don't normally order anything with carne adasa, but Sayulitas changed the game for me.The prices are a little high, but what prices aren't these days? With Sayulitas, it's still a good deal since you could probably get 2 to 3 meals out of one burrito if you have self-control.The restaurant is owned by a couple that is Filipino and the other is Mexican so there is a fusion with the food. There are burritos with lumpia, tocino in their Pac Man fries, and longonisa in some other dish.Try this place out if you want excellent food! Highly recommend ?“
“The food here is good and consistent. The service varies a bit but generally friendly wait staff along with plenty of traditional ambiance. I'd say it's good and the portions are certainly worthy of the prices. We go here one to two times per month.“
“The torta is excellent. The pollo asado has great flavor. I really enjoyed the rice and beans as well. It’s a cozy hole in the wall spot that is putting love into their food. Will be returning, especially since it’s within walking distance to my house! I gave it 5 stars across the board because it’s hitting the marks for what you’d want from a local taco shop.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs, plenty of space for a wheelchair, and accessible from sidewalk that has curb cuts.“
“Literally the best tacos in all of north county!! Al Pastor and shrimp are a family favorite. The tacos here are succulent, juicy and packed with flavor! I've told all my friends, co workers and family about this place and they all love it also.“
“This place has totally transformed and they serve really great food (the food has always been amazing but the ambiance is event better now)! We’ve had salads, corn, wings, burgers and sandwiches! We’ve brought our kids during the day, and it’s totally kid friendly. The owner, Pete, has been wonderful to us…we’ll keep on going for sure!“
“90% of the time the food is great. Oftentimes, the breakfast burrito potatoes are undercooked. And they always burn the eggs. But the hot sauce definitely makes up for it. I think they have the best hot sauce in town. The prices have gone up considerably recently but I still go here once a week.“
“My wife and I just visited this restaurant night before last. Owners are very nice and will actually stop and talk with you. Very clean inside. If you want salsa and chips you must ask. And they do have a better fresh 3 varieties. Just ask. No charge. Food was good but serving was small compared to other competitors. We WILL be going back . We enjoyed it. It's not served heat hot, but they do have hot sauce to satisfy your pallet. Give it a try.“

“Amazing food here, the Adobada is off the charts, it's crispy, savory, spicy, and filling. Get it in a quesadilla and you'll have a wonderful, simple meal that makes you want more. I used to come here back in college and would grab some Adobada tacos or quesadillas before heading to Astronomy class. Great memories, and the staff here are so nice.“
“Just finished trying this place. Unfortunately there was way too much salt in both my ceviches. I know the potential for this place so I assume it was just a mistake from how much salt was added. I wasn't able to finish my ceviches but I'll be happy to try again next time. Just careful with the salt! Thanks.“
“Campechana is fresh and tasty. Onions, avocados, cucumbers, fresh tomatoes, mixing with shrimps, octopus, and scallops, I can enjoy every bite of different ingredients from each spoonful. Color likes Frida's painting, rich and bright, and brings a desire from your taste buds. Quesa Burris Taco is also a wonderful dish, though oily. Taken a waitress suggestion, ordered the one with cheese. The cheese smoothes the sharpness from short rib seasonings and juiciness. Overall, it is a wonderful experience of Mexicana cuisine.“
“I have moved around a lot in the last decade and every time I do, I go through the process of finding a place with good Mexican food. For San Diego County, Neto's is it. Food is always A1 and the staff is great. It’s one of the only taco shops me and my wife eat at in North County.I have moved house many times in the last decade and every time I do, one of my priorities is to find a place where there is good Mexican food. For San Diego County, it's Neto's. The food as well as the service is excellent. It's one of the few taco shops in North County where me and my wife eat.“
“This is one of the taco places that we visit which is close to where we stay and also it is on the way to my daughter’s school. It is located in a good prime location and the tacos here super tasty. Would definitely recommend shrimp tacos, veggie tacos and also shrimp fajitas which is the best on their menu!! Staff is super super friendly. A regulat eatery that we visit and will keep visiting!! ☺️☺️“
“The food is authentic, service is wonderful! The inside could use a little revamping but whatever. Only giving them 4 stars because they stopped making their AMAZING crema chipotle chicken ???. Second best option is the mole chicken!Parking: Parking can be a little tricky, may have to park on the hotel side.“
“Once I discovered this place I fell in love with their food. I visit this location weekly and every time I’m always greeted and my order is always correct. One time I did get the wrong burrito but the team here was so quick to fix it while I was still in the store and send me on my way without having to wait longer for the correct burrito.Thank you.“
“My lunchtime experience at Que Tortas! left me thoroughly impressed with their delicious tortas and excellent service. Here's a detailed review of my visit:Arriving at Que Tortas!, I found parking to be a breeze, making the start of my dining experience hassle-free. The small, clean shop has a very welcoming atmosphere, although the loud blender added a touch of humor to the ambiance. The customer service was exceptional, with the staff displaying friendliness and efficiency from the moment I walked in. My order was taken promptly and accurately, and I was delighted to find that my torta was ready in less than 10 minutes. The staff delivered our order to our table with a smile, enhancing the overall dining experience. Now, onto the star of the show – the "QUE TORTA!" torta. Despite initial concerns about the bread size in the pictures, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the torta was generously filled, with just the right amount of bread to complement the fillings. The torta bread itself was a highlight, striking the perfect balance between softness and crunch, thanks to its slightly toasted exterior. The combination of ham, veggies, and sauce mixed together perfectly. I devoured the torta without pausing for anything else, thoroughly enjoying every moment. In conclusion, Que Tortas! offers a delightful dining experience with their delicious tortas and friendly service. The deceptive pictures may suggest otherwise, but rest assured, the tortas are generously filled and bursting with flavor. I, for one, am already planning my return visit to indulge in more of these irresistible tortas.“
