“I just ate the BEST street tacos I’ve ever had. Large portions of meat carved up then placed in fresh tortillas that were made by hand while I watched. And a choice of a great, actually hot, “hot” sauce. All at an amazing bargain price. Highly recommend that you seek this place out Saturdays from 3:00 until closing.“

We ordered the Tia Chata drink which has a coconut popsicle that was a lot of fun as well as a blonde ale. For entrees we had the salmon hash and sopes benny. We sat on the dog friendly patio. The service was very friendly and quick, water always getting refilled. The restrooms have changing tables. Recommend, everything on the menu tastes amazing.“

“In town Camping at South Carlsbad State Beach and drove to check this place out. I had read they have really good fi as h tacos at s great price ( 11/7/24 $1.30). They definitely are good & filling ! I left happy & full. My wife got a Carne Asada Burrito that she really liked. Nice friendly prompt service and a Salsa Bar too ! 👍 it’s a smallish walk up and order type restaurant in a strip mall but that doesn’t distract from the good food at all with indoor & outdoor seating. We were there on a Thursday evening and the place was busy with lots of take out orders from the locals. We’ll definitely be back when in town“

Lighting is dimmer which is really romantic and very spacious so noise level is perfect for conversation. My new favorite place in San Diego. Highly recommend.“

“I have loved Wahoos since they opened one of the first ones in Huntington Beach in the nineties! it's always fresh and clean with a great vibe. It's the easiest and safest place for me to go during the pandemic. The food is very consistent across all the stores I've been too. “We always always come here when we’re in town. Nothing ever to complain about when it comes to the food. The drive thru is super convenient. They’re fast and the food is fresh. Over the years only two knocks 1) the service can be a bit snarky sometimes. But usually super friendly. 2) they box the food in styrofoam and it is so bad for the environment and our health. I’ve literally seen melted styrofoam on my food from the hot oil of the friend tostadas or flautas. Yikes. It’s time to update w the times guys!“
