“Its a taco shop. You get what you expect. Tasty tacos!
Get the fish tacos. They were incredible.
The carpet asada fries were amazing.
It was not expensive either and when you see the shops nearby in La Jolla you will be very happy with the prices.“

“Very nice place. Quick service. You can order yourself and take the table number and they will serve your food pretty fast. Good portions of food. Lots of taco options. We took the chicken burrito, beer battered shrimp tacos and fries. All of them tasted so so good. The outside vibe is also pretty and nice. We loved the place. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a cheap and good mexican place to eat around La Jolla Coves.“

“Don Bravo is a solid late-night taco spot that keeps things simple and satisfying. The tacos were flavorful, a little greasy in the right way, and hit that comfort craving. Portions were good for the price. It’s casual, nothing polished. Service was quick. Not memorable, but dependable when you just need something easy and filling.“

“My sister recommended the carne asada California burrito, surf&turf burrito, fish burrito. She said the cheese pull was magnificent and I agree on that, but my California burrito was very dry. I doused it in salsa but, dry fries, crunchy steak and not much guac made for dry bites. The street is closed to cars though so I liked the outdoor seating. Kids are scootering around and if you come before 4 on a Sunday, no need to wait in line.“

“From the moment we entered, everything was perfect. The service was professional and friendly without being pushy. The duck confit was tender and packed with flavor, and the wine list offered great selections from local vineyards. Loved the cozy, romantic lighting and calm atmosphere. Prices are fair considering the high quality. We’ll definitely be back.“

“Rigoberto's Taco Shop is that classic no-frills taco spot you hit when you’re hungry and don’t want to wait. The burritos were huge, greasy in the right way, and super filling. It’s open late, which helps. Not the cleanest or most polished place, but it delivers on flavor and portion. Service was quick and straightforward.“
