“I love Carnitas Uruapan! Especially Saturday and Sunday because they offer a half Carnitas half Buche Plato. if you don't know what Buche is then it don't matter. lol 🐷“
“Wife and I have loved this place since it opened. Unfortunately it's seemed to have some issues in the last month or two. The tacos have gone up in price, but had less meat the last few times we went. They also stopped making the really good guac salsa available. Hopefully they can turn back around because when they are generous the tacos are amazing with delicious handmade tortillas!“

“We saw the sign on the door that said buy 2 for 1 tacos on mon/tues and we had to go in. We ordered 4 tacos in total and an horchata. It was AMAZING! The owner and his family were so nice and friendly, you could tell they have a lot of love for their restaurant. While we were waiting they also gave us a sample of the pozole which was so good, I cant wait to go back to have a big bowl. The sign outside says this location is under new management and these new managers are so kind, I highly recommend this place.“

“This was our third time coming to Lemon Grove Cafe and will definitely be back for the fourth and etc. Portions are huge! Got a table within minutes. Received drinks right away, then our food order came out and it was delicious. I ordered carne asada green chilaquiles and my husband ordered the carne asada plate with a side of pancakes. Our waitress Alison was friendly and very attentive. The other servers Miriam and Max were also friendly and offering drink refills. 100% recommend this yummy and family friendly cafe!“

“Looking for the real authentic taste I remembered as a kid. Drove to the wrong location, and absolutely fell in love with this place. We ordered the pastor tacos and Burritos, shrimp burrito and carne asada tacos. Absolutely perfect beans. Refried with some semi-whole beans remaining, think Del Taco but 10000x better. Service was superb.“

“I ordered shrimp and cata's tacos 🌮.. the shrimp was good but the spices hide the shrimp flavor and it's in a fried cheese ( a bit heavy)
The Cata's taco 🌮 was too fishy to me! I took 1 bite and couldn't eat it

“Been coming here for years, lots of options to choose from. I no longer live in SD, but I comeback here every visit for my breakfast burrito fix. Jocelyn who worked up front was very helpful and kind. Go getcha some good burritos! Their potato tacos are bombdotcom too 🌮“
