I love Carnitas Uruapan! Especially Saturday and Sunday because they offer a half Carnitas half Buche Plato. if you don't know what Buche is then it don't matter. lol 🐷
The food is good.
The carnitas are excellent. Also get a side of the chicharones. The only draw back is the location, quite possibly the jankiest strip mall in East County.
