Food is amazing, just like what they have in Mexico on this side of the border. The place and vibe are very cool. It is a great add to La Jolla's food scene. Intimate and fun little place for a quick bite, nothing like Mexican hospitality :)
The food is absolutely incredible. We were next door buying a golf cart and stopped here for lunch. The Guacamole is the best ever, shrimp cocktail was perfect and the Rib eye tacos were ? amazing...

The food is authentic and the atmosphere charming for La Jolla. It is nice to have a neighborhood restaurant that has table service. The place cards on the table limiting the time to an hour & 30 minutes is tacky. The soft shell crab taco was fresh and delicious. The shrimp posole was served with traditional sides. The wine was nice and priced right.
