You can pick up your pizza and cook it at your convenience! It’s so fresh and delicious, you can’t get pizza this good at a sit down restaurant.
I’ve known Andrew Melone, the owner of American Pizza Mfg., for a long time. He has taken the concept and enhanced the product! I visited his store in La Jolla last week with my daughter, Olivia, and we really enjoyed the pizza and salad. I would highly recommend it for a meal on the go! Pop it in the oven when you get home and it’s done in less than 20 minutes!
We didn't know it was only unbaked pizzas here – the lady offered us to take mini pizzas they bake right there. We took sausage and pepperoni and they were wonderful! While we waited we were also offered some wine! That was a cute surprise. Would absolutely recommend this place!

The pizzas, such as the Levi and Pendleton, use fresh, high-quality ingredients. The "Cup-Prese" salad is a perfect appetizer. The garlic knots are also a delightful addition.
