Highly Recommended Miguel's Cocina Mexican Restaurants🥰
We've had the pleasure of visiting multiple Miquel's Cocina within the last year, and hands down, the Carlsbad Team is the best. The host Patrice (spelled wrong) and team have always greeted us with a smile, no matter how hectic the door/desk is. The wait staff is incredible and knowledgeable. At this location, you even see managers helping, delivering food, clearing/cleaning tables, etc., and the food normally arrives even before you can finish the chips and salsa.
If you are craving a great cheese sauce with chips, or are craving really good but junky Mexican Food, this is the place. When I say Junky, it's not that it tastes bad. It's just not the kind of Mexican restaurant where the veggies are organic and they are not using seed oils. And it works if you've got young kids in tow because the staff is nothing but friendly.
