“found the Las Vegas Sayulitas 2 yrs ago when staying at the Luxor. there burritos are beyond spectacular. big and so delicious. I can't say it enough. and the sauces on the little sauce bar are outstanding. I've never had anything like those sauces. the hot green sauce and hot red sauce are phenomenal. I like the green the best. I lived in AZ years ago. went back home to upstate NY. there is no place near me that even comes close. “My coworkers and I had lunch here on Monday, August 17, 2026. I have been eating here for many years and suggested we eat here. We had a breakfast plate, breakfast burrito and carne asada burrito. The food was delicious and everyone was satisfied with their portions. The house green and red salsas are the best. I love the carne asada burrito that is filled with carne, whole beans, cilantro and onions. Squirt some lime and had green salsa and this is fire.“

the tables are clean and chairs are comfy enough that you can eat for an hour! Difficult parking, if it's full you can come back 5 minutes later and there will be a spot free. (Video is my dad, he's been coming here for years even before the switch in ownership :) He loves this place)“

I initailly wanted to call it a sandwich but it was way better than that - warm and melty with a jalepeno and creamy kick! Way better than just a sandwich. We had already had 2 horrible experiences at other places in the area so our expectations were that the food in the area just isn’t great. Enter Compadres. I called and got a voicemail so I’m guessing they don’t take phone orders. I can overlook that. I drove down and ordered a 3 piece meal for both of us and it could be the best chicken I have ever tasted. Rice and beans were hot and delicious and the tortillas (both corn and flour) were hot and authentic Mexican. The hot sauces were all amazing and the place was busy, clean and friendly. Do yourself a favor and stop in the next time you are in the area. You will not regret it.“
