“Atmosphere and service were stellar. Food was okay. The Crab Cacio Pepe sauce was bland and very peppery. Not my favorite. My husband got a lobster tail which is more and the actually meat of the lobster was very tiny. So if you go stay away from pasta dish and go for steak.”

“Every time I go here, it's been a great experience. It isnt just the food and drinks, the people in charge if the truck are amazing. They're friendly, down to earth and know their customers well. This is the kind of food truck that will remember their regulars and always ready to chat to whoever comes there. But really, they do have great drinks and their snacks are fun to try. Last time I got the spicy clam Ramen and it was so tasty”

“Agrusa’s Rincon has become one of my favorite sandwich spots in the Rincon/Valley Center area, and if you’ve never tried their Agrusa’s Original, that’s where I’d start.

I typically order the full-size Agrusa’s Original, which is a seriously big sandwich. It’s right around $20, but don’t let that number scare you off because this thing can easily feed two people, and depending on how hungry everyone is, you could probably split it between three. I’m sure there’s somebody out there who can take down the entire thing themselves, but it’s a lot of sandwich.

My usual order is the Original with mayonnaise, mustard, and jalapeños — that’s the sandwich pictured in my review. It’s loaded with meat, cheese, toppings, and just a ridiculous amount of flavor. Every bite has something going on without feeling like they’re just piling ingredients together for the sake of making a giant sandwich.

But the real star here might be the bread.

Agrusa’s bakes their bread fresh daily, and it makes a HUGE difference. This is easily some of the best sandwich bread I’ve had around North County. A great sandwich can be completely ruined by mediocre bread, and Agrusa’s is the exact opposite. The bread is a huge part of what makes their sandwiches so good. It has the right texture, holds up to everything packed inside, and actually adds flavor instead of just being something holding the sandwich together.

The portions are excellent, the sandwiches are packed with flavor, and there’s a lot of value here when you consider how much food you’re actually getting.

They also have a Sub Club loyalty card. Get it stamped when you buy your sandwiches, and after 10, your 11th sandwich is free. If you come here regularly, definitely grab a card. Highly recommend agrusa's”

“Its just a grab and go place, for the most part, so rating servicw and atmosphere isnt fair, you dont go there for it. But they do a good job of stocking the grab and go pizzas, wings and crazy bread. It tastes great tbh. Eat it hot, the flavors really pop when its hot, but I'll confess, i have eaten it cold... still pretty good. We appreciate having something affordable to just grab quickly. Everything else in town is pricey, even our McDonald's.”

“Never had been to Harrah's So Cal but attended a concert there last night with dinner before at Salt & Fin. Honestly, dinner was better than the concert and that was pretty darn good, too. Waited about 15 minutes for two spots at the Oyster Bar but ended up deciding to go with a table so we could order from both the Bar and restaurant menus. Had oysters two ways and they were scrumptious and obviously fresh. As was the two sushi rolls we probably over ordered after having the delicious sautéed bok choi, too. Needless to say, we decided against desert! Overall, I think this was the best choice out of Gordon Ramsey and a steak restaurant on either side of Salt & Fin. Kudos to Rachel and Jen for superlative service and for just being nice people! Not sure if I'm ever going back to Harrah's but dinner here might be reason enough!”

“10/10 will be returning and recommend to everyone!!! I have recently made big changes to my diet and this gem will now be my go to so I can stay on track. I had the Southwestern salad that had an amazing dressing and yummy chicken! We indulged and had the gluten free pumpkin muffins and when I tell you they were absolutely delicious.They also have an area for cornhole! Lots of seating and parking isn't an issue either. Take a friend or enjoy solo either way its a big YES!!!

“4 stars because they have my chili rellenos and crunchy hard shell, shredded beef tacos and they make them right! I judge places based off of MY favorites 😍 the service is great, she's always SUPER busy, counter work AND the phone (thats always ringing) but she's ALWAYS pleasant and gives you a smile before you leave! We have MANY places with Mexican food in our area, but we tend to go here the most!”
