Hell's Kitchen provides a great dining experience with excellent service. The knowledgeable staff introduces the kitchen and explains the menu, making it a great spot for first-time visitors. Standout dishes include the lobster risotto, filet, braised short ribs, and Beef Wellington. The roasted asparagus, toffee pudding, and peanut butter cake are also delightful. However, there have been some issues with missing items on the bill. The ambiance and service are praised, especially when compared to the Vegas location. Despite the occasional misstep, the food and overall experience make it worth a return visit.
