“First off, the food was phenomenal. The entire staff was “Top Notch!” Our server, the busboy and food and beverage manager were the upmost professionals. They worked extremely hard to ensure my wife had a wonderful birthday dinner!! I can't thank you all enough! Great dinner/birthday night out for us.“
“A while back, we accidentally discovered the Native Oaks Golf Club while out and about.We decided to check out the membership info. And eat there at the new Shawii Kitchen.The girls (Hannah and Tori) taking our order were lovely and accommodating! (They may not still be there since this was a while back, but my husband plays golf there quite frequently now.)My husband had the French Dip, and I had the most delicious sandwich I've ever had, the Grilled Veggie. It sounds basic, but it was not! Sadly, I didn't get a photo.Chef Amy came out to see if I needed anything and said that the sandwich had three different types of cheese and the crispy parm grilled into the bread. Spinach, tomatoes, onions, grilled artichokes, and asparagus were inside.You HAVE to have this, Sammy!!!!We will be back!“
“What a joy to discover this little gem in Valley Center! I was staying at Harrahs, got tired of the food & noise, and went exploring for something local. I found Magnetic North Farmstand! Loren was so helpful, and he guided us through their offerings & explained which items were gluten free. We ordered the egg salad sandwich, cilantro lime tuna, and a container of their potato salad. My friend & I split the sandwiches so we could each try both. Both sandwiches were great, but the egg salad was top for me! Just the right amount of mayo and great flavoring! The tuna was good too, but needed a bit more moisture. The potato salad was the bomb! I loved the setting. So peaceful & serene. Rustic outdoor seating & some cool music. A great way to spend an afternoon!“
“This has always been our favorite place to go among all the casino eateries in No. San Diego Co. The food and service has consistently been an outstanding experience. But last night my favorite offering, the Firecracker Shrimp, with it's fantastic glazing, crispiness and flavor was different. I've been ordering this appetizer for perhaps three years, at least once a month. My server, conscientious and friendly as always, mentioned there had been some changes in kitchen staff. I hope they manage to revert back to the same Firecracker Shrimp recipe - soon. Thanks, Patties & Pints!“
“We had the most fantastic server! Her name is Brandi! What a wonderful friendly person. She went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and like we were special VIP guests! What came as a great surprise is she knew sign language so my husband was delighted! The food was cooked to perfection! My grandma made the best mashed potatoes in the world, well as I much as I hate to say it the potatoe puree we had last night was better! Eric Fuller, the GM even came over and introduced himself and welcomed us! What a delightful and fun person he is! I want to thank the entire staff for their hard work in prepping cooking and serving us one fantastic meal! I can't wait to come back and have dinner with you again! JOB WELL DONE!“
