“A must-visit restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, the service was great, and although the restaurant is small, it is definitely worth the visit. If you’re dining with a larger group, I highly recommend ordering a variety of dishes and sharing so everyone can sample a little bit of everything. There were so many dishes I didn’t even get a chance to photograph because we ate them before I remembered to take pictures! The presentation was beautiful, and everything we tried was full of flavor. Definitely a place I would recommend and visit again. (Parking on the street)“

“ZigZag Pizza is located right across from the Oceanside Pier in Oceanside, CA. After spending some time enjoying the beach, pier and activities, we decided to walk around and check out some of the nearby shops and restaurants.

We were looking for a light lunch and a cold drink and decided to give ZigZag Pizza a try. I was hoping to grab pizza by the slice, but unfortunately they don't offer individual slices. A whole pizza was more than we wanted at the time, so we each decided to order a salad instead.

They had plenty of salad options to choose from as well as a great selection of cold beverages. I had the Caesar salad, which was fresh and hit the spot after spending time at the beach. The pizza choices looked delicious, so I would definitely like to come back when we're ready for a full pizza.

The atmosphere is casual and fun, and the location makes it an easy stop while spending the day around the Oceanside Pier. If you're looking for pizza, salads and cold drinks near the beach, ZigZag Pizza is definitely worth checking out.“

“My Brother and I visited the Oceanside CA Texas Roadhouse and were amazed at not only the quality of food, but also the service provided by our waitress DANIELLE. Thanks to her expert menu recommendations we ordered and enjoyed some awesome drinks, appetizers and of course some exquisite entrees. This is easily one of, if not the best meal we’ve ever eaten. I cannot recommend this place enough! Danielle’s high customer service skills enabled a warm and welcoming environment!“

The workers are very kind and they do their best to wait on you as fast as they can. Applebee's in Oceanside is my favorite restaurant. I've eaten at the one in Escondido but I really prefer the one in Oceanside.“

During my visit, Laura was friendly, patient, and genuinely trying to provide great service, yet this individual was rude, disrespectful, and seemed impossible to satisfy. No matter how kind or accommodating the employees were, nothing appeared to be good enough. Laura handled the situation professionally and with much more patience than many people would have. It's a reminder that while most customers are appreciative, there are a few who seem intent on spreading negativity. “REVISED TO SAY: The restaurant is under new management and I have nothing but praises to sing.I booked Iron Mike's for a group of general officers and a very senior enlisted Marine yesterday and the whole experience was amazing in a number of ways:-Nobody was answering the phone at the event center, so I was there in person early, before opening. Nobody was able to help me until I magically bumped into the restaurant owner/manager Renee. He immediately dropped what he was doing, took me to the restaurant, showed me where he could set up a table and asked me if I wanted waist height or high top tables. He also introduced me to the chef.-While I was waiting for my group to show up later that day he checked with me to see how they would want the tab, and a few other very insightful questions.-When the group showed up he greeted them in person and made their entry very smooth.All in all it was fantastic service. When I spoke to my group of stars later everyone said they enjoyed lunch thoroughly, liked that it was quiet and they could talk, the food was really good and it was an easy experience for them overall.Thank you to those at Iron Mikes who made that part of their day so seamless and enjoyable!“

“This Denny’s at college & hwy 76 in Oceanside Ca is incredible! All of the staff are fast, friendly, polite, and they really provide the incredible service & food that you are looking for in a restaurant! The dining room is clean & comfortable. My waiter, Everette, was straight up exceptional! He anticipated my needs before I even asked! Unobtrusive yet 100% attentive! He totally made my day! The food was delicious and cooked to outstanding perfection! I should have grabbed a pic to share with the public, but it looked so yummy that I forgot, and dived right in to devour it, lol. The chef made my top sirloin taste just like filet minion! Seriously! And for those of you, like me, that ask for medium rare, and almost never have it come out right, this chef delivered perfect medium rare! Nice grill outside and perfect pink throughout. Exactly spot on!! Fluffy rustic mashed potatoes that tasted like soft yummy clouds! And the steamed veggies fork tender but not too soft! I mean one generously portioned and utterly delicious plate!! “Service was slow and inconsistent. We sat almost 12 minutes before anyone came near us. We ordered an appetizer , while we waited for our third person to arrive. We ordered dinner and were served salads immediately. We were halfway thru the salad before the appetizer arrived. Minutes later, dinners arrived. while we were still working on the appetizer. Service was not the best, but the food was really excellent. The Prime Rib was perfect, but the plate was drab and dull. No color whatsoever. A piece of parsley would go a long way. I have had better service at IHOP.“
