Hubby and I celebrated my birthday with date night at Dija Mara, and it truly could not have been more perfect. From the moment we walked in, the vibe was exactly what we were looking for, the ambiance strikes the ultimate balance of chic, intimate, and effortlessly cool.
The service was spot on. Our servers were attentive, warm, and highly knowledgeable, pacing our meal beautifully so we never felt rushed.

“We had the best ever after party at Coomber Oceanside for our daughter’s wedding. Skip Maureen and Caroline went above and beyond to make every detail perfect . We had a piano player and drums on the stage and everyone sang and danced the space was perfect! I can’t say enough how grateful we are to have found Coomber wines it truly was a hidden gem of a venue .“

Since the cafe was closed Sunday due to a scheduled power outage, I stopped by Monday morning to ask whether it had been turned in. Thankfully, the purse had been given to management, and everything inside, including a substantial amount of cash, was still there. We are very grateful to the honest person who returned it and to the Teri Cafe team for keeping it safe. This experience demonstrated genuine trust, honesty, and integrity. Thank you, Teri Cafe!“

Also ordered the Mongolian beef and the flavor was excellent but the spice level was too high. Next time I will ask for not too hot. I like spicy but this was just too intense. I will be back, the food quality is excellent. Just minus one star for too much heat in the Mongolian beef.“

“Smallish restaurant with tiny parking lot of about 10 spots shared between 3 businesses. Like the roll up garage door windows, lots of outdoor picnic bench seating under shade canopies (which we couldn't use on this rainy day). Beer selection is pretty good, we had the meat lovers 12 inch pizza and liked the thin crispy crust, a bit skimpy on the toppings but tasty enough.

Parking: I think 10 spots between 3 (?) businesses in this very small strip mini mall.“

“David gives excellent customer service and the energy in this establishment feels like a piece of home. There is a quiet peaceful energy that brings me back. The food is good too, and it allows me to relax and collect my thoughts. A very comfortable environment to chill and eat.

I was sick and David recommended tea with ginger and honey. That helped my cold, I appreciate this place.“

“My Brother and I visited the Oceanside CA Texas Roadhouse and were amazed at not only the quality of food, but also the service provided by our waitress DANIELLE. Thanks to her expert menu recommendations we ordered and enjoyed some awesome drinks, appetizers and of course some exquisite entrees. This is easily one of, if not the best meal we’ve ever eaten. I cannot recommend this place enough! Danielle’s high customer service skills enabled a warm and welcoming environment!“

“I really enjoyed the ramen here. The taste was very authentic and just as good as the ramen I've had in Japan. The soup was rich and flavorful, and I especially liked the crushed peanuts in the tantanmen, which added a nice texture and complemented the soup really well.

It seems like they offer better prices during lunch, so I'd definitely like to come back around lunchtime and try some of the other ramen and menu items. Overall, a very satisfying bowl of ramen!“

“Went in the for the 4th time in the last 2 weeks. I love the Pad Krapow. It is awesome. THE Tom Ka and spicy fried rice is great too. The only thing better is the service.

Jenny and Pat are magnificent. Jenny's English was awesome. Wayyy better than my Thai. Lol She taught me a couple words and phrases in Thai. Also she and Pat was attentive and accommodating. That's probably the reason why Ive been back so many times. :)“

“I love little off the map beer and burger joints. The Red Rooster has one of the best burgers in town. Top it off with a really cold beer and you’ve got me! If you are expecting fancy… this is not the place. It does have a classic old bar atmosphere, and that is what makes it great.“

“I went here to get some brunch, I ordered their surf n turf burrito, which I was not expecting it to be as good as I thought it was.
There was a wait for the food, but nothing too bad, within a reasonable amount.
The surf n turf burrito was a carne asada and shrimp, as most surf n turf burritos are, however this one had some roasted green peppers and rice, which made it all the better and unique from most places.
The restaurant itself can be a tad cramped, especially when it's busy. They do have some tables inside and outside if you wanted to eat there.
I would definitely recommend trying their surf n turf of you have a liking for those types of burritos.“

“I love Tandoori guys in Oceanside. I'm a sucker for Chicken Tikka Massala and Garlic Naan bread and this place does not disappoint. Amazing flavor and the perfect level of spice. I highly recommend this place, not only for it's amazing food, but for its amazing decor and ambience. If you enjoy people watching, the front patio right on PCH is great too. Be sure to ask for Mandal. He's friendly and takes good care of all his customers. 5 out of 5 stars!“
