“The Not-so-Tots are great. Order them with no liquid cheese, only shredded cheese (unless you like liquid imitation cheese). The chili cheese dogs are pretty good too. The hamburgers, are pretty awful. Every time I have ordered one, the meat has been stale. That kind of almost rancid fat taste. I gave it 4 stars overall, because tater tot nachos? Doesn't get much better than that. Atmosphere is lacking, the tables are crowded together, and they're always busy, so service is so-so.“

“I ALWAYS enjoy my burger from Crispy burger. I have celiac disease and I never have a reaction when I order here and get a burger and order it with the gluten free bun (which actually tastes good and doesn't immediately fall apart). My family always enjoys their food, too. They particularly love the onion rings, which, I cannot personally vouch for (obviously), but they are big critics, so they must be delish.
The ONLY down side to the Crispy burger on Convoy is the parking situation.. like,, daaaaaang. What the heck is happening there??? It's best to park on the street NEXT to the shop rather that try to fight for a spot in the lot (that has like 12 spots total for 4 very popular store fronts).“

“Carvers Rancho Bernardo is about old values and quality! We, Realtors, give a very high rating, all around, especially to the friendly and professional Staff. Unfortunately, We can not say the same for Manager. It’s obvious, he needs to learn some culture and manners from the Staff Members. We just recently heard, he verbally hurt a number of loyal Carvers’ customers, including few of us, with his dishonest and rude behavior…for no reasons, at all. To make it worse: He walks away, and does not allow the smallest comment. “Came in here to watch the game and ended up staying longer than planned. The atmosphere was lively but not too crazy, which made it easy to relax and enjoy it. Plenty of TVs around, so you can see the game from pretty much any seat. The bartender was friendly and checked on us often. Food was better than expected too, especially the fries and wings. Drinks were priced fair for a sports bar. It did get a little loud during big plays, but that’s part of the fun honestly. I’d come back again for another game night.“

“UPDATE: I am changing my review to 5 stars as the company reached out and I heard from manager George, who was great! He was very kind and said the issue came down to a miscommunication regarding the promo that they will be correcting.

They took measures to help rectify the situation and I truly appreciate how promptly they respond to feedback and work to remedy issues.

Sad to say that my recent visit to Applebee’s unfortunately ended up being a disappointing one.

As a T-Mobile customer I received an offer for a free classic burger with fries with purchase of $10.

I came to the restaurant and ate in person. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal to eat there and ordered the burger with fries to go.

The offer said to present the code from the offer to the server at the restaurant, which I did. He said I wouldn’t be able to use it initially since I had already ordered and then said he would go check.

When he came back he said the offer was only valid yesterday, which simply isn’t the case as it clearly states on the offer that it’s valid until next Tuesday. I didn’t bother challenging him on this despite knowing what he was saying to be incorrect as I didn’t come to the restaurant to make the life of a service worker harder or be confrontational over a $10 discount.

The server himself was nice, and I don’t have any desire to criticize him personally in writing this but the overall service and experience was disappointing considering this as it was my primary reason for giving Applebee’s a try.“

“A grill come small convenience store all rolled into one. Went there for some odd groceries and found that the grill was pretty good as well. There was nothing bad their. Again nothing fancy but certainly good value for money and could not complain about any of the dishes I ordered. Well worth a visit if you are in the area.“
