“I visited Ju Feng Yuan in Poway for the first time recently and was really impressed! This Chinese establishment specializes in handmade XiaoLongBao, handmade dumplings, beef noodles, pancakes, and stir-fried entrees. Upon entering I delighted in seeing the adorable smiling dumpling boy character. Despite being in a strip mall, this clean, well decorated restaurant exudes a classy vibe. The tables are elegantly appointed, to include a tablet ordering system. The interface was clear and easy to navigate. Not at all cumbersome and clumsy like those tacky Ziosk machines. My waiter was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. He thoughtfully offered recommendations, and I enjoyed visiting with him. The Green Onion Pancake was outstanding, although oddly served in a basket. My Pork Wontons in Chili Oil were excellent. Not overly spicy, just about perfect for my taste. Among the finer versions of this dish I’ve had. Overall, I highly recommend and look forward to visiting again soon.”

“I go for the lunch buffet with friends all the time. If you don't ask, they won't put out a new pizza, so keep that in mind. The buffet is reasonable price and they have a few different options for pizza they rotate out. Just ask and they'll make the one you want. They have a salad bar too and some cheese and cinnamon twists. Nice interior. People are nice.”

Our son wrestles at Poway and this is where we fuel him everyday! The portions are huge! The staff is always courteous and friendly. And to top it off the owner hands out free sodas to all of his customers like he's going out of style! Can't say enough about this place. Best greek food ive ever had !”

“If you live anywhere near Poway and haven’t tried Giant New York Pizza yet, genuinely what are you doing?

This place is one of those rare spots where the appearance can feel a little unassuming at first, but the devil’s in the details… or in this case, the flavor. Nothing feels forced or overhyped. It just tastes like a pizza spot that actually understands why people love pizza in the first place.

The sauce alone deserves its own shoutout. It’s rich without being heavy, slightly sweet but balanced, and has that slow-cooked flavor that makes every bite hit harder than you expect. You can tell they didn’t just phone it in with some generic canned sauce. It carries the whole slice in the best way possible.

And then there’s the value, which honestly feels insane in 2026. They’ve got a 28” pizza for 28 bucks. A pie that feeds like 8-10 people for the same price most places charge for something mediocre and half the size.

We grabbed their medium 16” pie for $16, a salad that was basically overflowing out of the takeout box, a slice of tiramisu, and an order of cannoli. Total came out to $45.50 after a full 20% tip and somehow still felt cheap for the amount and quality of food we got.

Coming from Ventura, this place almost made me jealous. I’d do just about anything to have a spot like this closer to home. Real neighborhood pizza energy, massive portions, good people, and flavors that actually make you stop mid-bite for a second.

“Looking for a replacement Chinese Restaurant, since my favorite closed down. Ran out of options in Poway. So decided to give 369 a try. They had a few Chinese options, so tried the Broccoli Beef lunch special. I was pleasantly surprise, very good flavor and large portions. The regular portion would feed two. They also sell Beef Chow Fun. I normally have to get this at a sit down place. Theirs is pretty good. One day I will try the Ramen.”

“This place is great in all aspects. Food is served fast, delicious, and portions are generous. Plenty of variety on their menu, than other places. Prices are very reasonable than others in local area. They also are tech friendly with taking your order via tablet or you can also have the option to order with a server at your table. Ive also order food for my work lunch break and they are very convenient and fast to have my order ready by the time I arrive so I can enjoy my meal and my lunch break. Love the staff thats very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place to anyone and plan on bringing my friends and family members here to eat. “I had a fantastic experience at Lienzo Charro Mexican Restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, full of authentic flavor, and clearly made with care. “Hit up the New Nutmeg on Danielson Street in Poway. I heard their Scripps location closed because the landlord raised the rent so high it was unaffordable for them to stay there. We were a large group so we were able to order a bunch of menu items. There was a line but its a very popular place so we were not surprised. We started with some espresso drinks, and agua frescas. We had the Hearty Bowl, Avocado Toast, and Amazing Burrito. Some in our group had the new Grandpa's Breakfast Bun with the egg and spam, and the Porky. They are very flexible with special orders including one in our group who is gluten sensitive. We finished, sharing their in-house baked pastries (they have gluten-free pastries); the warmed espresso scones and cinnamon buns (don't ever leave without having the "buns"). I work in the area so Nutmeg is now my go-to for breakfast before work, or lunch. Its also located nearby Costco and Home Depot, convenient for a weekend meal before or after my weekly Costco runs.”

“My family have been eating here for about 30 years. The food is consistent, delicious and not heavy. The breakfast burritos are bomb. The tortillas are perfect, the potatoes delicious and the green sauce HITS. Ive tried lots of stuff, all delicious. I dont live in Poway anymore but i visit couple times each year. I always eat at Serranos, every trip, sometimes immediately after I land before I even make it to the house.”

We tried the garlic soy wings, rose Tteok-bokki, Kimbap, and jjajang noodle fried rice. The only downside is not being able to try other foods because what we had was so good, but that’s a dilemma I’ll gladly take. Definitely will become a comfort spot for me and place I’d recommend to people!”

The hamburgers, are pretty awful. Every time I have ordered one, the meat has been stale. That kind of almost rancid fat taste. I gave it 4 stars overall, because tater tot nachos? Doesn't get much better than that. Atmosphere is lacking, the tables are crowded together, and they're always busy, so service is so-so.”
