“The Not-so-Tots are great. Order them with no liquid cheese, only shredded cheese (unless you like liquid imitation cheese). The chili cheese dogs are pretty good too. The hamburgers, are pretty awful. Every time I have ordered one, the meat has been stale. That kind of almost rancid fat taste. I gave it 4 stars overall, because tater tot nachos? Doesn't get much better than that. Atmosphere is lacking, the tables are crowded together, and they're always busy, so service is so-so.”

“Been going for years..Great, delicious food that tastes so good you can only expect to stuff your face 😋 It's got the flavor of the authentic BBQ w/char, beef pork and chicken meat falling off the bone ..with a perfect sauce that doesn't taste like it's full of sugar or fake ingredients..It instead tastes like years worth of perfected quality. The staff and service is also very caring and helpful, making sure everything is to your exact liking. Super!”

“Larry (& now his son) have been serving myself and my family for close to 20 years now. Excellent food, every single time. When my brother and I specifically visit, we are always greeted with a big smile and a fist bump. Larry knows I like sitting outside, and always wipes off the table for me, I appreciate that more than I think he knows. Gyro salad is my go to, but the wraps and plates are just as good 👍”

I have been drinking coffee religiously for over a decade and have become extremely picky about my coffee. So it’s nice to find a place that has the convenience of a drive thru with great quality coffee.”

“Looking for a replacement Chinese Restaurant, since my favorite closed down. Ran out of options in Poway. So decided to give 369 a try. They had a few Chinese options, so tried the Broccoli Beef lunch special. I was pleasantly surprise, very good flavor and large portions. The regular portion would feed two. They also sell Beef Chow Fun. I normally have to get this at a sit down place. Theirs is pretty good. One day I will try the Ramen.”

“They have great sandwiches but I do love their green salad with the spicy low cal ranch dressing with a scoop of tuna fish salad. That's what I usually order when we go to a Board and Brew.

We also ordered a Roast Beef Spicy sandwich and it was delicious too. Love that it came with au jus on the side though it was cold.

This chain location was airy and open with a nice outdoor patio area. The service was good too.”

“This place is great in all aspects. Food is served fast, delicious, and portions are generous. Plenty of variety on their menu, than other places. Prices are very reasonable than others in local area. They also are tech friendly with taking your order via tablet or you can also have the option to order with a server at your table. Ive also order food for my work lunch break and they are very convenient and fast to have my order ready by the time I arrive so I can enjoy my meal and my lunch break. Love the staff thats very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place to anyone and plan on bringing my friends and family members here to eat. This is my new favorite spot to eat Vietnamese food and Im sure it will be yours too. Enjoy!”

“A must visit. True to the roots of the small brewery experience in the San Diego area. Visiting Lightning feels like visiting a bit of brewing history.

There is an indoor and outdoor seating area to enjoy. The beer on tap is great! Really unique brewery styles compared to most breweries. Nice to be able to order a few types of beer I have never seen elsewhere. Of course, they have the tried and true Thunderweizen, also a must have when you visit. It really is the definition of a Souther California take on a Hefeweizen style. Fits perfectly with the great weather.

There is plenty of parking around the building, a few places large enough to bring a sizable group of people after work for a birthday. They also have some snacks that you can grab while you are here.

“Hit up the New Nutmeg on Danielson Street in Poway. I heard their Scripps location closed because the landlord raised the rent so high it was unaffordable for them to stay there. We were a large group so we were able to order a bunch of menu items. There was a line but its a very popular place so we were not surprised. We started with some espresso drinks, and agua frescas. We had the Hearty Bowl, Avocado Toast, and Amazing Burrito. Some in our group had the new Grandpa's Breakfast Bun with the egg and spam, and the Porky. They are very flexible with special orders including one in our group who is gluten sensitive. We finished, sharing their in-house baked pastries (they have gluten-free pastries); the warmed espresso scones and cinnamon buns (don't ever leave without having the "buns"). I work in the area so Nutmeg is now my go-to for breakfast before work, or lunch. Its also located nearby Costco and Home Depot, convenient for a weekend meal before or after my weekly Costco runs.”

“We have been going there for over 20 years. The food and service is always good. Not fancy but the food is good. It is in a mall area easy to park with no problems. You can always count on a good meal and reasonably priced.”

tl;dr: It is rather lame

Read on: If you've ever had a real margherita pizza with sweet slices of roma tomato and whole / torn basil leaves, this will leave you wanting.

If you don't like tomato and basil, don't order a margherita pizza... but if you DO like tomato and basil, this one will disappoint you.

Pacific Pizza: please rethink this approach...this is maybe not the pie to cut costs on given the relatively inexpensive ingredients.

The San Diego and Hawaiian are family faves...but my vegetarian child thinks your margherita pizza is lame...and I (as the payor) agree...so we will not likely be back until / unless this is improved.”

We tried the garlic soy wings, rose Tteok-bokki, Kimbap, and jjajang noodle fried rice. The only downside is not being able to try other foods because what we had was so good, but that’s a dilemma I’ll gladly take. Definitely will become a comfort spot for me and place I’d recommend to people!”
