“Small parking lot but spacious inside. Convenient location with drive thru... can get busy during the peak times - plan accordingly. Super clean restroom. Ordered Carmel vanilla latte, regular sized.... too sugary for my taste, possible that the Barista was heavy handed with their syrup pours. 😅 will be back to try different drinks and food. Thank you for giving Poway another option other than the usual coffee place on that street.“

“It’s located inside the LA Fitness, and I was a bit thrown off by the vibe. It’s one older guy sitting on a stool, swiping through his phone, and the place looks like it came out of a run-down convenience store with partially handwritten menus of info and special prices I could hardly read. This is not a fancy place by any means and I think I had a mismatch in what I expected vs. what it was, because I was specifically looking for a nicer place to go. But the smoothie is good, hence the high star rating. I got the chocolate peanut butter banana protein smoothie.“

“It's so hard to find healthy breakfast options at restaurants, but they have a great selection! Got the cauliflower bowl and added eggs, and it was fantastic. Service was friendly and the seating was nice. I wasn't with any kids, but they have a lot of kid-friendly seating as well if you do have kids.“

“Love this place!!!! Wasn’t sure what to expect when I first walked in off spec, but it’s now my new fav. I am not a fan of yoghurt, but this is more milky yumminess rather than Yoplait. They make their yoghurt fresh in store. They even have a coconut yoghurt for the vegan among you. The many toppings are super fun too. Try one you would never think to add and you’ll probably really enjoy it. The purple rice or oats add a nice chew to your drink. I like the mango pomelo sago with extra sago. My husband likes the avocado add banana and oats. Super clean and always friendly. Try something different today.“

“The place has a pretty good space, a lot of seating compared to other cafes. Parking was pretty easy as well since it’s in a plaza.

Staff overall was nice and helpful but minus 1 star because we got total of 5 drinks and there was only 2 of us. And it threw me off when they weren’t gonna give us a bag or drink carrier and when we asked, the guy was so confused and lost. He gave us a little cup holder that holds 2 drinks💀 Not two of those, just 1. Don’t even wanna bother asking for another one at that point.“

“I absolutely love this place, the drinks are fantastic, cheap and large, the chicken is phenomenal as well! I'd recommend this place to everyone WITHOUT hesitation. I've been here a handful of times and only once did they mess up my drink order. The only complaint I have is just that, tonight on 2/18 I ordered a tigers milk tea with honey Boba and it's a travesty but they forgot to add the creme brulee pieces which is too bad because it's not even close to as good trading without those pieces, it changes the texture of the drink and most importantly without those pieces it completely changes the flavor of the drink. It is still good just not the same.“

“Not sure what’s taking me so long to write a review for this place, but I’m a regular. This is the place i go a few times a week to get my boba fix. Their boba texture is just about right. You can customize your drink - no ice, less sugar,etc at no extra charge. It’s dangerous for my waistline but worth it. It’s a small shop and there’s not really an area to sit down to hang out. It’s more like an order and go kind place.“

“I had an amazing experience at It’s Boba Time! The drinks were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced—not overly sweet. The classic milk tea with boba was creamy, and the matcha smoothie was rich, smooth, and refreshing.

The popcorn chicken was hot, crispy, and seasoned just right. Paired with their dipping sauce, it was absolutely delicious! The macarons were also a nice sweet treat to finish everything off.“

I usually go for a Classic Thai Tea with Lactose-Free Cream but I've tried most of the menu, I think.

“Gong cha review We had Gong Cha Boba at our wedding back in December and we loved it! We had brown sugar milk tea with boba and mango green tea with boba. Cannot rave enough about them! Love their boba and our guests did too! They provided such great customer service from planning to day of service! Diana, the owner, was very patient with and promptly responded to all our inquiries. But it’s a good place to grab a quick drink or bite at the mall. There’s a decent seating area and everything is always clean and well-stocked. Prices high but again, it’s the mall.“

“Here is this my constructive review. I have been going to this smoothie shop since they opened their doors on MCAS. They are a welcome addition. The smoothies are not to unreasonably priced, and they offer good selection as well as a variety of mix ins that allow for even more possibilities. The service is usually pretty good with no complaints on my part, though I would ask for reward numbers more often if I were you. Here is the biggest downside I have found. Your working hours are really missing the mark. You operate on a marine corp base, but completely ignore the working hours of your biggest client. These marines are not able to straggle in at 0700 or 1600 to make it in time for a smoothie. They operate very early and leave even later sometimes. Many marines are at the gym at 0500 or even 0600 trying to get a good lift in. Those who like to post their workout will usually opt to work out after working hours between 1600 - 1800 is the next magic hour. What I crave after an intense workout is a protein packed, refreshing smoothie. But alas, one is never available when it is truly needed. I would seriously consider opening at 0600 and closing at 1800 to maximize your hitting all of your possible customers vs just those families or select few who can find time to make it. In addition to operating hours. Thus far I have found 4 separate occasions where you were either open almost 30mins after 0700 or closed 30 minutes before 1600. It's a really big let down to arrive at the posted time or reasonably before closing to try to snag a smoothie, just to find a locked door. If you fixed your operating hour issues in both time available and being on time for your availability that is posted, I believe you would be a 5 star business that would put Jamba juice to shame.“
