We went here because it was the only place open before 11 AM in the area and we really wanted Boba. however, we were pleasantly surprised by their large selection of drinks, kind, staff, and calm ambience. What a hidden gem! There were barely any people here and I am surprised because this place is good! And there is a big parking lot as well!The ube pancake is like the Chinese and Korean types where it is a round soft bread with paste inside.
