Did they change their noodles? This was one of my favorite ramen shops in San Diego, because of the fresh noodles, but they the texture has been different the past few times.Editing after the restaurant response: Thank you for letting us know of the shipment delays!
Superb as always!. This is my second visit to Menya location and it was once again an amazing authentic Japanese food experience. Make sure to get there a bit early to reserve a spot as it may be a bit of a wait. But trust...it is worth it! The broth the use for their ramen dishes is savory, clean tasting and doesn't leave a weird taste in the mouth.The staff was wonderful and ready to help if you have any questions. Service is also prompt as well!
