“Was in La Jolla for my son’s wedding and was craving something healthy. Decided to walk to the Juice Caboose (I loved the name!) The location is in a cute little area with lots of outside seating. The staff were welcoming and answered some questions I had about the protein and other ingredients. I ordered the Greenland Smoothie and it was delicious. It was not too sweet and tasted fresh. The portion size was bigger than I expected for the price. Definitely would recommend a visit to this place!“

“As a first timer, they have great matcha from PARU. The matcha is already naturally sweet for those that enjoy without sugars and flavor enhancers. Almond croissant filling tastes artificial so I won’t be getting that again. Great laid back ambience with indoor and outdoor seating. Looking forward to coming back for the matcha and to try other menu food items.“

Given that the entire campus is new and forever improving and tastefully expanding is exciting! Makes me really happy to be here where the campus sparks imagination and where it's basically summer year round: the perfect weather condition for drinking Jamba Juice.I like the greens n ginger smoothie; it's enough to give me energy for the entire day.I've only had the positive experience of friendly people helping out with keeping Jamba Juice operational at this location.“

“🌊✨ Cute place!! Super popular, with cute plants 🌿 and fun music playing! 🎶 We went here multiple times during our trip, and my favorite smoothie was the “Whale’s Workout.” 🐋🥤

The biggest thing I noticed was how inconsistent the smoothies were. Every time we ordered the “Whale’s Workout,” it was completely different! My sister and I would order the exact same smoothie, but the color, taste, and consistency would be different each time. However—it was ALWAYS good!

The guy making the smoothies definitely gave off major coastal Cali vibes 🌴😎. I honestly thought he was the owner or manager because he seemed so comfortable behind the counter, but he would get a little confused when making the smoothies. 😂 Don’t worry though — he was always caffeinated and sipping on his coffee ☕, so he had that going for him!

The food was awesome! The cashier was subpar friendly and nice —could have been worse! The coffee was steamed EXTRA hot so you just have to let it cool down to drink!

One time we did go in around 5:30 PM, even though their online hours say they close at 6 PM, but everything was already being put away and they were basically closing up. All they were serving was tea. I totally understand wanting to leave on time, but if your posted hours say 6 PM, I would expect to still be able to order until then.

Overall, super cute spot and definitely worth checking out! Try the “Whales Workout” a couple times and I wonder if you’ll have the same experience! 🌊🌴 Cheers💕“
