“Adorable coffee shop in beautiful bird rock. They have limited seating inside but a ton of outdoor seating. The outdoor seating is perfect for a beautiful sunny day. You can also shortly walk the coastline if you want to take your drink to go. They also do offer food, although I didn't get a chance to order anything to eat. I just grabbed a traditional drip coffee, which was prepared quickly, and it only cost $2.45! That's a great price these days for coffee. And it was a good cup of coffee to add.The staff was very nice and friendly. This place is a hidden gem overall! I would much rather go to this local surf vibe coffee shop, than than the franchise Starbucks that's two blocks down. Also, I didn't know until after the fact, but they have a parking lot on the side too, which is great compared to other places that only offer street parking. I will definitely be back again.“

“My boyfriend and I decided to stop into TFK in Fashion Valley for some dinner after the Padre game and let me say it was a great experience! We decided to sit @ the bar and we were immediately greeted by two fabulous bartenders. Abbie and Vince had amazing energy and were very fun to engage with. Not only did they treat us with respect but they treated us as if we were first time guests, we work at the TFK in Las Vegas. The food was delicious and they even split our plates for us! 10/10 , thanks for a great time!“

“Super cute health food store & deli thats been open since 1995. I love a good sandwich with fresh sprouts - and the sandwich here was delicious, fresh and was exactly what I love. The smoothies were yummy. We both really liked the tropical sunrise smoothie. The person that helped us was the owner I believe. He was very nice and happy to give supplement recommendations & info. They also have burgers, salads, wraps, soup, chili, coffee and teas. Will definitely be back to try other menu items.“
“Love it. Brazilian owned and operated. The lovely lady behind the counter helped me find a great tasting kombucha. I was able to sample a few flavors but decided on the Hawaiian POG which stands for passion fruit, orange, guava. This flavor was too strong or overbearing. Some kombucha can be hard to drink but this flavor was easy going. I've been a fan of kombucha for a few years before it was mainstream. I lived with some hippies who made it at home and now it's everywhere. This place is great. They now sell coffee and have a nice lounge area. I had a zoom meeting before I went to USD which is up street. Come and give it a try.“

“They have a seasonal menu, which is an awesome thing. The fact that there are 2-3 items which change with season what’s the restaurant world apart from the others. Also the restaurant is really big and has a combination of outdoor and indoor seats and family seats.“

“Pretty great place that has its vegan game down completely and it was so easy to walk from the big hotel next door. The food and coffee were amazing. I got a "shot in the dark" as well as a "chagaccino," and both were delicious. The paninis were really good, too: the focaccia bread was some of the best I've had. They also took my weird little reusable mug (Left my normal one behind and had to pivot). My only critique is please. Please use compostable plastic or alternative to plastic utensils. The to-go cups for coffee also are just purely plastic and it would be nice to have them be compostable. Both times I had brought my own utensils but I was given plastic ones anyway.“

“I just started working t here a couple of weeks ago and I've come in a few different times already. First of all the service is great. They're always friendly and patient (I can be indecisive when I first visit a restaurant). It's small shop and they have seating for about 10 peopl They offer all sorts of smoothies, juices, shots, and food items. My favorite thus far is the mudslide smoothie along with the tuna melt, and Spicy Baja quesadilla. Their mango smoothie is good too though. The pricing seems fair given the price of food nowadays. Pre-pandemic I would have probably thought they were expensive, but they are right in line with other juice places I frequent. I don't live near PB at all, so im glad I work here and have an excuse to come here often!“

“Love that there's a blue bowl on campus at UCSD! I love coming here when I'm in the mood for a light yet filling lunch and something sweet but healthy before a workout :) Pictured below is the 16 oz, but I figured that that's too much for me to eat all at once, so I normally stick to the 12oz, which is already really filling. You can choose as many bases and toppings as you like! I get the acai, matcha, and blue coconut bases with blue bowl chia, maple quinoa, bananas, strawberries, blueberries, almond butter, almonds, agave, and matcha power!! The blue bowl chia is SOOO good (I will learn the recipe one day), and the almond butter also takes it to a whole another level. Super super yummy and highly recommend it as a treat on a warm, sunny day in La Jolla!“
