There was a slight delay in shipping, but when I mentioned this to customer service, they immediately took action and made sure that my pup had his box the next day!! The box is specially made to entice pups to rip it open themselves, which is awesome! Gremlin got right to work and I had to stop him from ripping open the treats, too! Puppy approved! My picky boy loves all the healthy snax he got!“
