Their vegan double cheese burger on a gluten-free bun was the best I’ve had anywhere. The house made portabello mushroom, beet and walnut patty was so moist and delicious. I had the roasted vegetables as a side. I chose the adaptogenic tea, which includes tulsi and freshly squeezed ginger and lemon, plus honey. I first found this place in las Vegas when my friend and I went to original pancake house and we told the waitress that she has a real gluten and nut allergy and we just wanted to know how something was prepared. The waitress started being so incredibly rude to us and started tossing the silverware down and just walked away on us when we asked her what was going on.
