My boyfriend and I decided to stop into TFK in Fashion Valley for some dinner after the Padre game and let me say it was a great experience! We decided to sit @ the bar and we were immediately greeted by two fabulous bartenders. Abbie and Vince had amazing energy and were very fun to engage with. Not only did they treat us with respect but they treated us as if we were first time guests, we work at the TFK in Las Vegas. The food was delicious and they even split our plates for us! 10/10 , thanks for a great time!

Came here on a Saturday around dinnertime and we were seated right away without an RSVP, which was great. What I got: - The ultimate pot roast beef dip: braised Verde Farms organic 100% grass-fed beef, horseradish aioli, parmesan, au jus (taken from website) -- This was good, the roast beef was cooked well and seasoned nicely. The au jus was slightly too salty for my taste, but overall, I liked this! I got a side salad with it and it helped cut that saltiness by adding a little freshness to the sandwich. - Southwest bison sausage pizza: Force of Nature regenerative grass-fed bison sausage, charred scallion salsa verde, mozzarella, cotija, jalapeño, organic DiNapoli tomato sauce, Vital Farms pasture-raised fried egg (taken from website) -- We got this pizza to share and it was really good! Flavored well and that egg on top added a little something extra! - Blueberry crumble sundae: Cosmic Bliss organic grass-fed ice cream, organic blueberry compote, marcona almond & date crumble VEG GF (taken from website) -- This was the perfect way to end our meal; it was not too sweet or filling either which was the vibe we were going for. Overall, my family and I all enjoyed our meal. The waitstaff was incredibly kind, attentive, and were really sweet to my toddler niece. It is a great spot to dine at if you are shopping in Fashion Valley and want a meal that is more on the lighter side so you're not walking around all bloated lol.

Definitely interesting taste I would say the food caters to a certain type of people but if you like to use spices and seasoning this probably isn't the place for you. Okay service on a busy night no complaints there.

My daughter and I enjoyed a delightful dinner at True Food. I opted for the meatloaf while she chose the ancient grain bowl, and we were both thoroughly impressed with our choices. The service was exceptional, and the cozy ambiance, especially by the beautiful fireplace, made for a perfect evening despite the cold weather.

Modest portions of good tasting food that is healthier than your usual restaurants, but the servers were ignorant of the menu details, and I asked two people was was in the "magic dust" on my Korean noodles, & after being told it was GF & tasted it with my fingertip, it had sesame seed, which I had asked about as I'm allergic. One server rushed to me & apologized & took the cup away. Good thing I don't become anaphylactic YET.They tried, but close doesn't work with allergies & gluten. Please train the staff to know the ingredients & allergy info. Look up the top food allergies & scour your recipes & know what is safe for patrons who ask. It matters.

With more than half of the tables empty they make me wait for one, more than 45 min. Tow parties without a reservation were sited before us. The hostess conduct was racist and discriminatory. There are better options in Fashion Valley Mall. I recommend the BLANCO in the top floor.

Their vegan double cheese burger on a gluten-free bun was the best I’ve had anywhere. The house made portabello mushroom, beet and walnut patty was so moist and delicious. I had the roasted vegetables as a side. I chose the adaptogenic tea, which includes tulsi and freshly squeezed ginger and lemon, plus honey. How soothing on the belly and an invigorating wake-up as a starter, since this was brunch for me. I agree with other reviews, the server took great care to process the gluten-free part of the order accurately. I took my food to go and I noticed the burger container had a tiny lime green label “gluten-free.” I was impressed by the compostable containers and utensils. It’s a spacious, attractive location and the mall is a great place to walk, if you need exercise while charging your car.

I first found this place in las Vegas when my friend and I went to original pancake house and we told the waitress that she has a real gluten and nut allergy and we just wanted to know how something was prepared. The waitress started being so incredibly rude to us and started tossing the silverware down and just walked away on us when we asked her what was going on. The manager came over because she saw we weren't being mean but was just asking questions and she even said that waitress has an attitude problem... So why keep someone like that. She answered the questions we needed but by then the vibe was ruined. I looked up places near us and found true food kitchen. The waiter was sooo cool and let us sample items since we didn't know what to order. Same goes for this location Giovanni was our waiter and he was so incredibly sweet to us and the food is just amazing. If you've ever wanted to try it. Just do it.
