Today while eating their yogurt/granola/fruit bowl I started chewing on something not right. I pulled a 3 inch rubber band out of my mouth. So disgusting!! I tried to call customer service 3 times, 2 times I hung up aver being on hold for 15 minutes, the third time I was disconnected after waiting 12 minutes. Sadly they don't seem interested in sanitary and safety issues.
Pricey but normally great tasting
