Jamba never disappoints. The Acai Super-Antioxidant smoothie is my go-to order and it's consistently delicious. It's refreshing, packed with flavor, and feels like a healthier option when you're looking for something quick and satisfying.

I went in during my 10 minute break. I was the only person in there. It took a couple of minutes for the employee to come from the back. He was pleasant and greeted me. After he took my order for 1 smoothie another customer came in. He took her order. She said that she would come back later. The employee started the person's order who was coming back later. After I saw him start the other person's order I set ny timer to see how long it would take to start my order. After 5 minutes...read full review
The food is fine but the staff is always training and full of rookies. Work on employee retention because the service sucks and it's not the fault of the employees!

Jamba never disappoints. The Acai Super-Antioxidant smoothie is consistently delicious, refreshing, and packed with flavor. The ingredients always taste fresh, smoothies are blended perfectly, and the staff is friendly and efficient. However, service can be inconsistent. One customer reported a frustrating experience during a 10-minute break, waiting 5 minutes for a simple order while an employee started an order for a customer who said they would come back later. This customer also noted difficulty finding good customer service and stopped visiting regularly after a 30-cent convenience fee was added for app orders. In contrast, another visit was spectacular. Two workers were absolutely amazing, with one writing hearts on lids to spread joy and positivity. Another customer received kind help from a cashier selecting items for a cancer patient with a low immune system. The lobby was clean, service fast, and the smoothies and waffles delicious.
