“I’ve always loved Jollibee because it’s more than fried chicken—it’s a little taste of home. The juicy, crispy Chickenjoy, the familiar flavors, and that warm Filipino hospitality have always taken me straight down memory lane to the Philippines. 🇵🇭❤️ That’s why it’s disappointing to see the San Antonio location slowly lose what makes Jollibee special. Lately, the service feels disorganized and slow, the quality seems inconsistent, and that warm Filipino welcome and atmosphere seem to be disappearing. On my most recent visit, I even received only 5 pieces of chicken when I ordered 6. Jollibee shouldn’t feel like just another busy fast-food chain. The Filipino warmth, hospitality, pride, and quality are part of the brand—and just as important as the Chickenjoy. I’m sharing this not simply to complain, but because we love Jollibee and want this location to do better. Please bring back the quality, organization, and unmistakable Filipino spirit that made us fall in love with Jollibee in the first place. We want our Jollibee back. 🇵🇭🐝❤️“

“Visiting family from the East Coast and my daughter took me here today. I was stationed in Daegu South Korea for 2 years while in the Army. we used to get bb.q chicken almost every weekend. The kids loved it and so did I. This was my first time having it in 8 years and it immediately brought me back to being in Daegu. The food was amazing and brought us right back to being there. I highly recommend you check them out, you won't regret it!“

“The food and service were amazing! This was my first time trying this place and the girl in the front recommended the garlic chicken and potato trio. They were delicious and some of the best I’ve ever had! I didn't get her name but she had braids and it seemed like she was doing everything such as taking orders, making the food, and serving it. All things considered, this place is definitely worth waiting for and I will be returning!“

“Great CFA kind staff, great food, and as nerdy as it may sound you can tell they replace their oil on a good schedule, if your CFA ever looks a little dark instead of the golden color it should be, it means they are using burnt oil that needs replacing.“

“There was a long line and Evan was the only one in register, there were more people in the back and they were doing nothing but staring and laughing at him. There was a white, short girl with glasses that was literally just standing there and not getting in register to help. The food was great and despite being in a rush, he was great to us. When we got our food in our table I tried giving the short, white girl with glasses our tray because I didn’t need it and she tried telling me to keep it or to put it away myself instead of just doing her job. Evan was great“

“Compared to other fast food places a plus. I used to go to Taco Bell, but once I went to El Pollo, I never went back. The EPL food is packed with healthy ingredients. Taco Bell, not so much. My only complaint about EPL is the food is always hot, especially the Tacos.“

“It was too busy and orders were coming out burnt (guy next to me), or in my case....cold. Fried zucchini
should come out hot. I don't think I've had that big of a problem here it's just between forgetting to put things in your bags when you're in the drive thru, things like that then of course there's the less food for more money thing. Try the times when they're not busy. I mean the food is good it's just inconsistent.“

“Ok so this place stays busy but they move fast. I recommend downloading the app and collecting points. You can also order ahead. My go to is the egg white grilled chicken breakfast sandwich and add tomato and pickle!!! Ask for hot sauce packets too. One of my favorite healthy breakfast sandwiches. It’s so good!! The staff is always extra friendly.“

Let me start by recognizing the manager- she was clearly training the staff, and I can’t give her enough accolades for how well she did tonight. She was teaching them that “good enough” was not the right way, that every order had to be made with the highest quality of care. She took great pride in doing things the right way and I was certainly appreciative. Customer Service was a 10 out of 10 tonight.“

I absolutely love Chick-fil-A! The food is always fresh and delicious, and the service is top-notch. The Mira Mesa location is especially clean and well-maintained. The staff are friendly, attentive, and make you feel genuinely welcome. I usually dine in, and it’s always a pleasant experience—calm, comfortable, and everything is spotless. It’s one of my favorite places to go—not just for the taste, but for the entire experience. Highly recommend!“
