“I’ve always loved Jollibee because it’s more than fried chicken—it’s a little taste of home. The juicy, crispy Chickenjoy, the familiar flavors, and that warm Filipino hospitality have always taken me straight down memory lane to the Philippines. 🇵🇭❤️ That’s why it’s disappointing to see the San Antonio location slowly lose what makes Jollibee special. Lately, the service feels disorganized and slow, the quality seems inconsistent, and that warm Filipino welcome and atmosphere seem to be disappearing. On my most recent visit, I even received only 5 pieces of chicken when I ordered 6. Jollibee shouldn’t feel like just another busy fast-food chain. The Filipino warmth, hospitality, pride, and quality are part of the brand—and just as important as the Chickenjoy. I’m sharing this not simply to complain, but because we love Jollibee and want this location to do better. Please bring back the quality, organization, and unmistakable Filipino spirit that made us fall in love with Jollibee in the first place. We want our Jollibee back. 🇵🇭🐝❤️“

“Visiting family from the East Coast and my daughter took me here today. I was stationed in Daegu South Korea for 2 years while in the Army. we used to get bb.q chicken almost every weekend. The kids loved it and so did I. This was my first time having it in 8 years and it immediately brought me back to being in Daegu. The food was amazing and brought us right back to being there. I highly recommend you check them out, you won't regret it!“

“The area was nice, and was pretty cozy. The food tasted immaculate, and although the chicken wings were slightly worse than the boneless thigh, the boneless thigh really did carry the meal. Service was quick and simple, and the worker was very friendly. We even ordered a second round just to get more of the boneless thighs. All in all, a pretty good experience.“

“This place has impressed me. The food is incredible and the atmosphere is very good. I really enjoyed eating at this location. Everyone is also very kind and very patient. But the person I really want to thank was Samara. She really treated me well and helped me a lot. She is a great manager. She was very patient with me I loved it Of course, I will return again to continue trying new things on the menu.“

“Went at lunchtime, parking wasn't the greatest. Guy behind the counter was nice and friendly. First time visiting and he helped me with selecting a good combo to try. Bought the honey topping on the chicken pieces. Not sure what they called them. Sides of cole slaw and fried rice. The first time ever I had white fried rice and it was delicious. All the food was hot and fresh, very good. Not sure where the tomato comes in, I surely didn't get any in my meal. Sat inside. Kinda quiet. They have 3 TV's, but none were on. Music was playing instead. Enjoyed the visit.“

“Seems like the portions are getting smaller I went here to get the chicken and waffle meal it was decent the waffles could have used a little more toasting sandwich was good not great hashbrowns were good and got a lemonade they have good lemonade“

“Loved the food here, as any other Chick-fil-A I’ve gone to! Only complaint I have is that the portions were so small for my breakfast bowl. Only 4 strips of sausage in the whole bowl? Wild considering how much it cost. But over place was clean, staff were nice. The bathrooms were kinda dirty and smelled but I let the workers know at the front. Quick question though: who is Kirk and how did he get a sign here? So funny haha“

“The food and service were amazing! This was my first time trying this place and the girl in the front recommended the garlic chicken and potato trio. They were delicious and some of the best I’ve ever had! I didn't get her name but she had braids and it seemed like she was doing everything such as taking orders, making the food, and serving it. All things considered, this place is definitely worth waiting for and I will be returning!“

“Compared to other fast food places a plus. I used to go to Taco Bell, but once I went to El Pollo, I never went back. The EPL food is packed with healthy ingredients. Taco Bell, not so much. My only complaint about EPL is the food is always hot, especially the Tacos.“

“Ok so this place stays busy but they move fast. I recommend downloading the app and collecting points. You can also order ahead. My go to is the egg white grilled chicken breakfast sandwich and add tomato and pickle!!! Ask for hot sauce packets too. One of my favorite healthy breakfast sandwiches. It’s so good!! The staff is always extra friendly.“

“It was too busy and orders were coming out burnt (guy next to me), or in my case....cold. Fried zucchini
should come out hot. I don't think I've had that big of a problem here it's just between forgetting to put things in your bags when you're in the drive thru, things like that then of course there's the less food for more money thing. Try the times when they're not busy. I mean the food is good it's just inconsistent.“

There is ample parking, interior is super clean, employees are friendly, smooth ordering process even when using rewards in the app, and our meal is prepared fast and arrives piping hot! I eat here about every week. On the weeks I can't make it out this way, I feel like I'm missing something in my life.“

“I stopped in at 4:45pm for a large dinner take out order. Let me start by recognizing the manager- she was clearly training the staff, and I can’t give her enough accolades for how well she did tonight. She was teaching them that “good enough” was not the right way, that every order had to be made with the highest quality of care. She took great pride in doing things the right way and I was certainly appreciative. Customer Service was a 10 out of 10 tonight.“
