Can't handle the rush. Still waiting 20 minutes after everyone else got their food.
Great service just dirty tables if you are eating in. Maybe I just got unlucky. Closest KFC in poway ❤
Best KFC in San Diego!!! Always come here late at night before closing when I’m about to go to work and they are very nice all the time

The KFC restaurant offers a mixed dining experience. While the service is generally commendable, with staff members like Sak and Gigi providing excellent customer service, the quality of the food can be inconsistent. Customers have reported receiving incorrect orders, such as the 12 pieces original recipe all dark meat meal that turned out to be all extra crispy white meat with the wrong sides. Additionally, some have noted that the prices have increased significantly, making the value proposition less appealing. The restaurant itself is bright, clean, and aesthetically pleasing, featuring large windows and clever branding graphics. Overall, the KFC experience seems to vary, with outstanding service at times, but ongoing issues with order accuracy and food freshness.
