“Food is always on point and the people very friendly. But I wonder how important cleanliness is, it feels that everytime I go, the tables and floor are a mess. I get that a lot are disgusting and don't know how to clean after themselves, but as a restaurant, they should consider cleaning the dinning area. Hope this doesn't come off in a wrong way, but that's an important part in my opinion.“

“It's not often we are impressed by the environment of a fast food restaurant, but this KFC was an exception. We were greeted by a very friendly cashier (Mauricio) as we walked in. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained. Our food was hot and arrived promptly. Kudos to the management and staff that runs this KFC in El Cajon!“

“Stopped by this location at 2nd Street in El cajon one evening for dinner and my order was messed up only to return the next day and receive a complete new dinner and apology by Karen. Make sure and ask for everything you want, including condiments because California has restricted them on giving them out automatically!! Have always loved Kentucky fried Chicken and will continue to love them excellent food, excellent prices, and incredible customer service. The colonel is only one of two fast foods I will consider to eat because it is such high quality and definitely healthier than most fast food. Thank you and we will see you soon!“

“Visiting family from the East Coast and my daughter took me here today. I was stationed in Daegu South Korea for 2 years while in the Army. we used to get bb.q chicken almost every weekend. The kids loved it and so did I. This was my first time having it in 8 years and it immediately brought me back to being in Daegu. The food was amazing and brought us right back to being there. Today was my first time at this specific location, and it is easily one of the best I have ever been to. While the Mack Road location in Sacramento will always be my original favorite, this San Diego spot is neck and neck with it. “There was a long line and Evan was the only one in register, there were more people in the back and they were doing nothing but staring and laughing at him. There was a white, short girl with glasses that was literally just standing there and not getting in register to help. The food was great and despite being in a rush, he was great to us. When we got our food in our table I tried giving the short, white girl with glasses our tray because I didn’t need it and she tried telling me to keep it or to put it away myself instead of just doing her job. Evan was great“

should come out hot. I don't think I've had that big of a problem here it's just between forgetting to put things in your bags when you're in the drive thru, things like that then of course there's the less food for more money thing. Try the times when they're not busy. I mean the food is good it's just inconsistent.“

I ordered what used to be a $5 fillup is now almost $6, still reasonable for two pieces of chicken, side, biscuit, chocolate chip cookie, and a regular drink. Some of the benches need to be replaced, but overall, very comfortable with the dining environment. Hidden away in a non busy area of bonita.“
