The store is wonderful, the team really cares about its customers and will go above and beyond to help out customers when they're in need. It's a rare thing in 2026 to find a fast food that truly puts their customers first. Thank you to Victor and has team 🙏
Food it’s ok but price it’s a little higher, customer service it’s good .

The KFC restaurant on 2nd Street in El Cajon offers a variety of specials, including the popular Tuesday 8pc for $10 deal and the Happy Hour special from 2-5 pm. The staff is friendly, and the location is clean and modern. While the drive-thru area may have some concerns, the food is described as "Finger Lickin' Good." With affordable prices and great taste, KFC provides a pleasant dining experience for customers, including those who pay with EBT. The clean bathrooms and customer-only parking add to the positive atmosphere of the restaurant.
Customers have praised the excellent customer service, with employees like Karen, Larson, and Katelyn going above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The restaurant is known for its high-quality and healthier fast-food options, making it a favorite among locals. The Colonel's recipe remains a hit, and the restaurant continues to be a popular choice for those seeking a satisfying and affordable meal.
