I took a drive thru order home to realize they gave me the wrong item but I called l back and Jesse offered me to go back and have my correct order remade by the man the myth the legend himself 🙌
Brenda helped me with my order, I got the chicken only (leg and thigh) with corn tortillas on the side and green sauce. So good!! It was fresh, fast and delicious! It always is! Great location. I’m coming back again soon. Thank you Brenda!

El Pollo Loco offers amazing service with quick food delivery. The location is great, and even with a long line, it moves fast. The staff, including friendly and attentive employees like Brenda and Ericka, provide excellent customer service. The food tastes fresh and not dry, and the parking lot is clean. Customers appreciate the pleasant experience and the employees make ordering easy, especially with Spanish-speaking staff. Fast service and delicious food keep customers coming back. Many have praised the consistency and quality of the food, with some highlighting the amazing chicken in the burrito combo. Overall, the restaurant is a welcoming place that customers are excited to return to.
