Amazing service me and my boyfriend wanted to grab a quick bite and we tried pollo loco for the first time and the service was great we got our food in less than 2 minutes the customer service was great the one that helped us out her name was Ericka and she was very friendly and very fast

I love this El pollo loco, it’s a fairly new location and the couple of times I’ve been there it has been great experiences. I like the location of it, its in a busy area and although there is a long line sometimes , it goes by really quickly. The customer service is always great as well, i’ve spoken with a employee named Ricardo and he was very well spoken, and attentive to my needs. The food at this location tastes fresh and doesn’t taste dry like other locations. The place on the inside is always clean. 10/10 my favorite el pollo loco in sandiego.
Happy to say I’ll be coming back! The employees were very friendly and also very attentive to keeping the space clean. The employee who took my order was Ericka, she speaks Spanish so it made ordering everything much easier for me. I received my food fairly quickly and it was delicious.

I went during the morning as soon as it opened I went to different Pollo loco's of course in San Diego but this overall I know it's a newer one but the cooks are just making the chicken just right it's nice juicy the food was great keep up the good work on this location ??

Employees are super friendly and professional at all times, but most importantly I want to give a huge shoutout to one specific employee name Ericka that was very humble and generous with everything.
