Bathrooms no longer open to public. All seats inside and outside have been removed (you can sit on storefront concrete wall barriers). When questioning staff, you are almost invited to another Starbucks, elsewhere. Amusingly, some senior regulars I noticed, unfolded their own portable seating chair and table setup inside. From what i observed, they can treat the locals this way and still have car and interior lines for service. We set on the wall.
I understand they are busy but they need to get better at calling out names. They will pull out five drinks at once and not say anything at all. They just have people waiting for no reason but if they see a regular, they make sure they give them extra attention. Anyways, do better Starbucks!
