Came for lunch here. They have a great staff that is very customer service oriented. They were helpful when we had questions about ordering, and they recommended some great options. We tried the salads that were on the commercials. They put a lot of chicken in the salads and the toppings are fresh. I noticed that they still have catering offered at this location. There are several ads in the store that mention catering. There is also a whole display set up to advertise catering....read full review

During my visit today, I experienced the most extraordinary service amongst all days! The place was clean, the staff was pleasure and my food was placed and received within minutes! The food just tasted awesome today or maybe it was the weather; either way, my time and food today was great! I also want to give Lupita (???) complements, for the great customer service too! Great place and I definitely recommend going to have dinner or lunch!

I have been to many Pollo Loco locations but no one cooks chicken like this location! It's the best grilled chicken, I have been there at different times and days and chicken is always on point!
