Came for lunch here. They have a great staff that is very customer service oriented. They were helpful when we had questions about ordering, and they recommended some great options. We tried the salads that were on the commercials. They put a lot of chicken in the salads and the toppings are fresh. I noticed that they still have catering offered at this location. There are several ads in the store that mention catering. There is also a whole display set up to advertise catering. The dining area is clean and well maintained, which makes for a good experience. I would definitely come back to this location.

During my visit today, I experienced the most extraordinary service amongst all days! The place was clean, the staff was pleasure and my food was placed and received within minutes! The food just tasted awesome today or maybe it was the weather; either way, my time and food today was great! I also want to give Lupita (???) complements, for the great customer service too! Great place and I definitely recommend going to have dinner or lunch!

I have been to many Pollo Loco locations but no one cooks chicken like this location! It's the best grilled chicken, I have been there at different times and days and chicken is always on point!

Parking sucked. We walked across the parking lot and went inside. No parking near the restrestaurant. Upon walking in no one greeted us. While we waited to place an order. At least four people walked in to pick up online orders mean while we are still waiting to place an order. After being there for about 10 to twelve minutes and not being able to place an order we gave them an earful and left. Went to another El Pollo Loco on Genesis where we were greeted when we walked in.
I confirmed my order over the mic and at the window and I was still given the wrong salad. I asked the cashier if it was the street corn double chicken salad she confirmed it was and handed me the classic salad in the bag. A simple peek in the bag would have resulted in a happy customer.

STAND CLEAR OF THIS EL POLLO LOCO, usually my experiences are great today it was AWFUL. I went in the drive thur ordered my food and again normally they get it right. I asked for Salsa AND I asked for onions and cilantro. I guess I need to start checking my bag but I get all the way home and absolutely NO SALSA OR ONIONS or CILANTRO. So I called and spoke with Arianna and she asked if I lived close I said I did and to come back and she would give me salsa and something else for the inconvenience. I get there and let the young man at the counter know and he gives me salsa. I also asked for salad dressing because my salad literally had no dressing and was told I HAD TO PAY. I was very upset after you forgot the salsa I had to waste my gas and come back and now I have to pay. Arianna came up and gave me the salad dressing which was nice. But I received nothing for the inconvenience and still didn't get the onions or cilantro. I was already upset so I just walked out. I live down the street but I sure will not be going to this el pollo loco anymore. Terrible terrible terrible and a waste of my gas!!! I am not a happy customer.
