The smoked salmon is without a doubt the best I have ever had. I am a huge smoked salmon fan. If you are buying the mass produced and packaged salmon from places like costco or the supermarkets. You don't know what you are missing. The texture and flavor is so addicting. This is easily one of my top 10 favorite foods to eat.
