I ordered Pad Thai and Som Tum for the first time today via Uber Eats and I'm pleasantly surprised!

As a Thai food lover, I have to say both my orders are delicious and exceeded my expectations. Ordered Hot spice level and it's appropriately spicy. They're not stingy with the shrimp - 6 jumbo sized shrimps in my pad Thai.

I appreciate the care put in the packing of my order. There is a cardboard placed in between the som Tum (salad) and my pad Thai. Never seen this done in other places.

“Great dinner at Chaba Thai Kitchen near Convoy Street! Cute small shop with friendly and attentive staff. We enjoyed the khao soi with chicken, pad Thai with roasted duck, and shrimp roll. They gave a complimentary yummy dessert Everything tasted great and food came out quickly. Recommend!“

“My husband and I love this place !! We live in University city and AAHARN restaurant is the best Thai restaurant in University city. “This is our new San Diego treasure! We’ve been here 3 times on this trip alone! The service is impeccable and the staff is extremely knowledgeable about allergies. My husband has a gluten allergy and they are willing to modify every dish he’s asked about to accommodate his allergy. We have not had one dish that we have not enjoyed thoroughly. The Tom Yum and basically of the curries are our go-to’s (they had a special Yellow Curry with Fruits which contained lychee and apples and it was sooooo good! “I love Thai food but was prepared to be disappointed with a mall variant... Boy was I pleasantly surprised! I ordered Chicken Panang Curry and it was delicious! Vegetables were fresh and crispy, not overcooked. Chicken was plentiful. Spicy 5 (their range is only 1-5) had a decent kick. “What an unbelievable experience at Mekong Cuisine Lao and Thai. We loved the Khao Peak Sen, especially their homemade rice noodle, tender chicken and their secret broth. Their wallpaper decor was so appropriate, made me feel as if I were in Southeast Asia. We even met the owner Stella, whose charismatic personality is reflected in her restaurant. The restaurant is very popular, so be sure you get there early.

“I've been going here 3x already and been trying different dishes every time and I would say, it is good! It's inside the pyramid building. From snacks to drinks to meals, that are good for the price! Father and son working there. Very nice people also! Loved everything so far!“

“I heard from a friend that CA Thai Cafe now is under new ownership, they also have a new authentic thai menu added. Although my son ordered Pad-See-Eew from the original menu and he loves it. I particularly wanted to try “Tom-sab pork” which is a spicy pork spareribs soup. It was so delicious!! Both new owners husband and wife came out and greeted us. We definitely recommend👍“
