“Here visiting from NYC and needed to grab dinner in the area so checked the reviews and decided to give it a try. Let me say I loved this restaurant. First of all the food is VERY VERY GOOD, better than all the NYC Thai restaurants I go to, great flavors. We had about 6 entrees and there wasn't a single one we didn't love. Also we loved the staff who are very welcoming and kind. The ambiance is what it is... but it's just a lovely place and the food is just... delicious. Highly recommend!“
“Shared a great takeout meal from Takhrai Thai. We really enjoyed the cashew chicken. The cream cheese wontons were great and we really enjoyed the small amount of spice in the plum sauce for dipping. Pad thai shrimp was pretty good as was the yellow currie and drunken noodles. We got medium spice level on everything and thought it was a true medium spicy. The Thai tea was great as well.“

“Tried this location for the first time. Enjoyed the food and the prices were more than reasonable for the portions. We did a combination of lunches and dinner plates as a to go order and everything was fresh and tasty. Our lunches with chicken was approx 12 each and included rice and a small soup. Soup was delicious!I also ordered their Beef Salad which thankfully they put the dressing on the side so the greens stayed crisp. (I’ve been to many Thai restaurants and they often put it on which makes the greens soggy by the time you get home and no good for leftovers). The flavors were right on.Will definitely return!“

“Although I'm not a huge fan of Thai food, I must admit that this place is really good. I haven't been to Thailand, so I can't vouch for its authenticity, but the curries are a fantastic choice. Their Tom Kha soup stands out with a unique taste not found in other versions from different restaurants. It's definitely a great spot for takeout, considering the relatively small dining room.“

“My husband and I ordered the sampler and drunken noodles to share. The food surpassed my expectations. Most surprisingly was the Tempura shrimp, I'm typically not a fan of seafood. However their shrimp was cooked to melt in your mouth perfection.We picked up in Santee and drove 15 minutes home, everything was still piping hot. Perhaps best of all, the servings were big enough for lunch tomorrow ?“

We had heard some great things about this local Thai restaurant and decided to give it a shot and it more than lived up to the hype! The ambiance is simple and decorative and sets the tone.We ordered off the lunch deal portion of the menu, but the rest of the menu covers everything you could want from a Thai place.The prices are very reasonable too!We ordered the pad Thai and another noodle dish, and a couple of Thai teas with boba as well. “We have been sick, it’s my birthday, it’s gloomy outside - what a sad day. We decided to finally try this place as I love Thai food so much but am picky, especially when it comes to my Panang. Well, let me tell you, with each bite, the day got brighter and brighter! It was amazing! You could taste the coconut in the panang and my son (a child) ate almost all his pad Thai with glass noodles, which is a compliment to the chef! “No frills kind of place. Service was super friendly and attentive. Food came out fast. Food was delicious. I got the duck pad see iew and chicken panang curry and both hit the flavor profiles I was looking for. The pad see iew had a wonderful charred wok aroma. The Thai tea tasted freshly brewed not powder. The mango sticky rice dessert was good too. I appreciate the water carafe and side chili and vinegar condiments. Everything was on paper or plastic and you have plastic utensils but that didn’t bother me.“
“Firstly, we came kinda late, but the service was still amazing. The workers were so nice and it was a really good experience. The inside is beautiful with all of the decor its the perfect place to eat. And the food was so delicious. We got the drunken noodles with squid, and they give so much squid with it, which I love. Then we got garlic fried chicken which was super amazing. They were so crispy and not dry at all and the crispy garlic on top was top tier. We also got the three flavored fish and i really liked it too. The presentation of all these dishes was super pretty too! I love this place and will definitely be coming back“
“The food here is so good! It was my first time going, and won't be my last. The food portions are giant but SO worth it. I had already eaten part of my fried rice and all of the Vegetables fried spring rolls before I took the picture haha! The people here are SO friendly. Seems like a family ran restaurant. They were so all sweet and so friendly! It is connected to their donut shop this looks absolutely amazing as well! They had music playing and the restaurant was so clean. It was a great choice. 1,000x recommend.“

“This is my go-to Thai place. Almost every time we order the food is ready in 20 minutes (the latest was the only exception, and it took 40 minutes). I think we ate in here once many years ago, but I live nearby and exclusively do takeout. They do have a large patio, which I assume is dog friendly, but I've never asked.They are able to do white people level spice (aka none) which I appreciate. All the curries come with enough rice. When my wife goes on travel for work I get the Pad Thai and a couple of curries and that's enough food for lunch and dinner for me for a good 4-5 days. It's good value. I've never seen the place empty, and when I was there last there were like 10 other people picking up mobile orders, which is a sign that it's good.“
“I love Iron Pan Thai and have been going here for over 2 years now. Their lunch specials are perfect for a quick lunch and their dinners are enough for 2 people to share. We order a lot of take-out because they are so quick and have a lot of vegetarian and vegan options when friends/family visit.They also offer catering which I did for a party of 60 people. They gave so much food and we got a lot of compliments about the food being delicious and fresh. I would totally cater with them again!“
