“I visited Ju Feng Yuan in Poway for the first time recently and was really impressed! This Chinese establishment specializes in handmade XiaoLongBao, handmade dumplings, beef noodles, pancakes, and stir-fried entrees. Upon entering I delighted in seeing the adorable smiling dumpling boy character. Despite being in a strip mall, this clean, well decorated restaurant exudes a classy vibe. The tables are elegantly appointed, to include a tablet ordering system. The interface was clear and easy to navigate. Not at all cumbersome and clumsy like those tacky Ziosk machines. My waiter was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. He thoughtfully offered recommendations, and I enjoyed visiting with him. The Green Onion Pancake was outstanding, although oddly served in a basket. My Pork Wontons in Chili Oil were excellent. Not overly spicy, just about perfect for my taste. Among the finer versions of this dish I’ve had. Overall, I highly recommend and look forward to visiting again soon.“

The carne asada is always perfectly seasoned, and the salsas from the salsa bar have the perfect kick. Generous portions, fast service, and a great spot to grab a bite. Highly recommend!“

“If you live anywhere near Poway and haven’t tried Giant New York Pizza yet, genuinely what are you doing?

This place is one of those rare spots where the appearance can feel a little unassuming at first, but the devil’s in the details… or in this case, the flavor. Nothing feels forced or overhyped. It just tastes like a pizza spot that actually understands why people love pizza in the first place.

The sauce alone deserves its own shoutout. It’s rich without being heavy, slightly sweet but balanced, and has that slow-cooked flavor that makes every bite hit harder than you expect. You can tell they didn’t just phone it in with some generic canned sauce. It carries the whole slice in the best way possible.

And then there’s the value, which honestly feels insane in 2026. They’ve got a 28” pizza for 28 bucks. A pie that feeds like 8-10 people for the same price most places charge for something mediocre and half the size.

We grabbed their medium 16” pie for $16, a salad that was basically overflowing out of the takeout box, a slice of tiramisu, and an order of cannoli. Total came out to $45.50 after a full 20% tip and somehow still felt cheap for the amount and quality of food we got.

Coming from Ventura, this place almost made me jealous. I’d do just about anything to have a spot like this closer to home. Real neighborhood pizza energy, massive portions, good people, and flavors that actually make you stop mid-bite for a second.

“Looking for a replacement Chinese Restaurant, since my favorite closed down. Ran out of options in Poway. So decided to give 369 a try. They had a few Chinese options, so tried the Broccoli Beef lunch special. I was pleasantly surprise, very good flavor and large portions. The regular portion would feed two. They also sell Beef Chow Fun. I normally have to get this at a sit down place. Theirs is pretty good. One day I will try the Ramen.“

“How did I not know about this place sooner! Seriously, I think people keep it secret. Well, I’m not! The tacos are small, they are street tacos but don’t be fooled…they a filled to the brim. The fish tacos are delicious, I’m a huge fan of the carnitas tacos that are bursting with flavor. We enjoy ordering chips and beans to start and don’t forget to try the roasted Jalapeños. So much food and for great prices! Go, just go! There is seating inside and out. Nothing fancy but the service is top notch and the food is great.“

“This place is great in all aspects. Food is served fast, delicious, and portions are generous. Plenty of variety on their menu, than other places. Prices are very reasonable than others in local area. They also are tech friendly with taking your order via tablet or you can also have the option to order with a server at your table. Ive also order food for my work lunch break and they are very convenient and fast to have my order ready by the time I arrive so I can enjoy my meal and my lunch break. “The Not-so-Tots are great. Order them with no liquid cheese, only shredded cheese (unless you like liquid imitation cheese). The chili cheese dogs are pretty good too. The hamburgers, are pretty awful. Every time I have ordered one, the meat has been stale. That kind of almost rancid fat taste. I gave it 4 stars overall, because tater tot nachos? Doesn't get much better than that. Atmosphere is lacking, the tables are crowded together, and they're always busy, so service is so-so.“

“Everything is cooked fresh to order, had the popular steak sandwich. The flavor is excellent and cooked to perfection. It has that nice slow heat with sweetness on the front. They pile on the meat so it was very filling.“

“I have been going to Filippi's for 40 yrs, my favorite is in Temecula, Michael de filippi told me he starts w/fresh ingredients every morning and throws away the leftovers, you can taste the difference, I stop Everytime on the way to LV and back, this week I stopped in Temecula for their lunch special it feeds a family then in Poway the food is just as good we were so happy and we took home leftover pizza which is the best in my toaster oven the next day. I'm going back this weekend for another pizza it's worth the drive. My waiter he was the best service I have had in a while I tipped him 30% , I wish I knew is him young Latino male, so pleasant the experience. I'll look for him to ask him name he was that good, dark blk hair. This is a place to go to regularly, big servings. I drive 40 mins.“

“Been going for years..Great, delicious food that tastes so good you can only expect to stuff your face 😋 It's got the flavor of the authentic BBQ w/char, beef pork and chicken meat falling off the bone ..with a perfect sauce that doesn't taste like it's full of sugar or fake ingredients..It instead tastes like years worth of perfected quality. Fresh pico, fresh guac, fresh everything - completely unexpected as it was a late night pickup and I assumed I’d be getting the leftover scrapings of whatever they had remaining from today’s service - boy was I wrong. “My partner and I stopped in for a change-up in our usual picks. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience. The restaurant setting is quaint and familiar feeling. The service was fantastic with both the chef and server being very nice and considerate. The menu is full of different options to try. We ordered the spring rolls and two tofu dishes. All of it was good and freshly cooked. Remember to give the food a minute to cool down before you dive in. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is from not being wowed, but it's not a bad thing. It's a staple food spot with standard food taste and quality. You won't be upset stopping by, but you maybe wouldn't go out of your way ro try it again if you weren't in the area.“

“I go for the lunch buffet with friends all the time. If you don't ask, they won't put out a new pizza, so keep that in mind. The buffet is reasonable price and they have a few different options for pizza they rotate out. Just ask and they'll make the one you want. They have a salad bar too and some cheese and cinnamon twists. Nice interior. People are nice.“
