but persistent issue with freshness. Sometimes vegetables look and taste like they were cooked many days ago and reheated, bok choy has slimy texture.

The cooks need to prepare smaller portions more often. I think this is the main reason business is not good.“

“Had the bbq pork sandwich. Then the beef curry sandwich. Pretty good.
Please do not put huge chunks of jalapeño in the pork sandwich without warning.
Also , maybe cut the curried beef into slices, instead of 3” square chunks.
Both these sandwiches are difficult to eat .“

“WOW!! If I could give more stars I would. Walked in at 6pm and was seated right away! The gyoza came out within 5 minutes and the entrees within 10 minutes of ordering. The food was absolutely mouth watering across the board!!! We got the pineapple fried rice and drunken noodles roasted pork. The lavender milk tea was an absolute delight and the server was so kind and attentive. Definitely our new favorite Thai spot :)“

But's this time There was a party of maybe 6 women and they prefer to have the other entrance open so my wife froze her butt off for the whole meal it seems like it was below 0 degrees but all in all we still had a great meal. “We discovered this restaurant pre-pandemic. Im glad it made it through. We have a calm dinner. Place was not busy during our visit. Guess thats the advantage of going out on a weekday night, with foggy weather.
We enjoyed our brisket pho. Meat slices were thick, wish they were tender and the broth was good, might need to be less salt. Tofu pad thai was good, i opt for mild spice 4/10, in case my toddler wants to try it. Me and my husband loved the Ka Na Moo Krob.
We don't know whats it in the water other than the lemon, but it taste good. We appreciate being given big bottles if water instead of waiting for someone to refill. And thank you for keeping the washroom clean.“

We ordered the BBQ Pork Wonton Bowl, Thai Crab Omelet, and Spicy Basil Fried Rice and every dish delivered. The seasoning and spices were dialed in perfectly, and everything came out hot, fresh, and made to order. The standout for me was easily the Thai Crab Omelet. It was straight up addictive, with a bold, fresh crab flavor that really shined.

Another thing worth mentioning, they don’t skimp on portions. You’re definitely leaving full and satisfied.

“It makes my heart sad seeing bad reviews for this place. It’s one of the best kept hidden gems of San Diego. Staff is attentive, the atmosphere is cute and cozy, and the food is consistently delicious. The Tom Kha soup and any of their curries are some of the best I’ve ever had (as long as I don’t ask for too high of a spice level). I can usually take anything spicy but anything over a 3 is inedible sometimes. Definitely worth a try!“
