“Our “go to” sushi restaurant in the village. Everything is always fresh, especially the king salmon sushi and sashimi. The non-sushi dishes are quite good as well (ramen, buns, salads). Nice view and decent service - no issues at all but don’t expect Eddie V’s approach. Their model is more flexible such that different people can take your order and deliver the food.“

“Decent Thai spot in the UTC area, especially for UCSD students. Not gonna be the best Thai food but the portions are big, the service is fast, and it gets the job done. I usually order the drunken noodles or one of the rice + curry options. Yes the drunken noodles can be very greasy and very spicy but that's not a problem for me. I don't recommend the soy milk, it's of questionable freshness. The tom yum noodle soup is also good, but quality is hit or miss (once I got it and it was wayyyy too salty to finish). It's definitely not made to order but it's a step above HDH and most other dining options on campus with similar prices. It also has a microwave and plenty of tables / chairs to heat up your own food and study.“

“Used to come here all the time for the curry plates. During lockdown, they’ve switched over to a simpler takeout style w what seems like more traditional dishes and it’s legitimately some of the best Asian takeout I’ve had in the two decades I e lived in San Diego. Pork stew + hot chili. I could eat it three meals a day. Come support lemongrass if you’re on campus. They’re better than ever and super happy to take care of you.“
