Excellent Food, Service, Ambiance and Views!
The food was good. We got the ramen and drunken noodles, both had good flavors.
Not only were the views of la jolla cove breathtaking, but the restaurant was clean and the staff was super kind and welcoming. On top of that, the food was phenomenal as always for harumama. The crispy chicken katsu never fails and my boyfriend got the bulgogi fries with extra cheese, and we shared a crunchy salmon roll. All were 10 stars love this place so much.
