I had an issue with my food delivery and management was very helpful with finding a solution, but I have to shout out Lindsay. She’s the one who answered my phone call and was the sole person I communicated with. She was very apologetic for the mishap even though it had nothing to do with her. She even RAN MY FOOD OUT TO ME in the middle of OB rush hour because parking would be impossible. I hope the store manager sees this and acknowledges how rad her service was!
Great staff (shout-out to Jack!), delicious authentic food. We sat outside which was less noisy and very nice. We enjoyed veggie fried noodles, Haru ramen and Kirrin beer. They have limited parking in the back.
