Aaharn Downtown Reviews
My husband and I love this place !! We live in University city and AAHARN restaurant is the best Thai restaurant in University city. We have tried so many dishes such as Lamb massaman, Neu Nam Tok, Chicken biryani. We love them all! Our server was very nice and kind. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Fast & kind service, good price, good selection.
I found this place looking at the brewery next door and it is awesome. The food was fantastic and the spicy table 1-10 is accurate, which is very helpful.

Based on the reviews, Aaharn Downtown offers delicious and flavorful Thai food. The pad thai rivals those eaten all over Thailand, and the Tom Yum noodle soups (with 2 big shrimps, 1 egg, and grounded chicken meat) and Basil chicken rice are also delicious. The duck basil is highly recommended. However, the dishes are a bit heavy with the spiciness level, so those who can't handle heat should ask for the 0 spicy level, as even mild can be too spicy. There are several vegetarian options. The restaurant can be confusing to enter, as guests must go through the patio of a bar and then the lobby of an office building; heading in through the stone cut brewery is the recommended route. The dining area is very small, so parties larger than 4 should be avoided. Service can be inconsistent; while some staff provide a phenomenal smile and friendliness, others can be visibly annoyed. The food is very good, but the drunken noodles left much to be desired.
